I have only had these a week but cook on them every day. the instruction says to use low to medium heat and a small amount of oil when cooking. I have cooked eggs, sausage, pork and beef using this method and the pans wipe clean very easily and had nothing to stick. Also use a plastic utensil. Only drawback is the manf says do not use olive oil and that is mainly what I cook with so I switched to vegetable oil. Olive oil over time will damage them. They do get hot very quickly and evenly so you do not need high heat. I just used a little cold water and they cleaned up fine. Be sure to wipe dry with soft cloth. Used all 3 pans for anything and everything and I don't just "like" them; I LOVE THEM!!!!! I can guarantee that you would be overjoyed to have purchased them. They clean up with the soft side of a sponge and "non-stick" REALLY means "Non-stick"!! Enjoy!!! I sure do! My sister is often raving about her exact same set, also. I bought this set 7 months ago and am just writing this review to say that I am very satisfied with my purchase. They are still stick-free without any oil or butter, and durable. Still look and cook like the first day! I DO baby them. They come with care instructions, and I follow them. I don’t use high heat, I only use liquid REFINED olive oil(when I want to—oil is not needed), do NOT use cooking sprays-they will ruin the finish and make them sticky. I allow to cool after cooking and then immediately wash by hand in warm soapy water, and I carefully stack them to air dry, making sure they are protected from scratches. I use only silicone tools, and when I store them, I use felt pot/pan protectors in between them. They are perfect. Do let let the bad reviews scare you away. If you are willing and able to care for and use these pans properly as they instruct, they should last a good while. Again, 7 months already and not one mark or stain—not even on the bottom. These are nice looking pans first off. They cook so well on medium low heat. I made eggs and they slid right off, was so satisfying! They also clean off SO well. I used the soft side of my sponge. The negative reviews seem to be from heat to high or maybe using metal utensils in their pan.

Pretty & stylish color as cookware. The package arrived with nice wrapping in its own box. Most importantly, the whole set works really well and very very easy to clean as non-Stick material. I will consider to purchase other cookware from this brand.

I was replacing my t-fal pan. Liked that these do not contain the non-stick chemicals. I feel better cooking with these. I hardly need to cook with any oil and clean up so easily. I follow recommendations of using up to Medium heat and it works great, and only hand washing them. I want them to last as long as possible. Will expand my pan collection to include more sizes of these soon. ... show more

I really needed a new sauce pan with lid and when I saw this one in the color I use in my kitchen I got it. It is so easy to clean, nothing sticks to it. I didn't really need the other pans but I have since used the frying pan and it's a good size, one of my glass lids from a former set fits perfectly. I've yet to use the flat pan, but I bet it would be great for toasted cheese sandwiches, the melted cheese won't stick to it. ... show more
