These pans are a great find. The cost is not high, but the quality and performance on the stove are. They are heavy enough not to burn and stick when used sensibly, the lids fit great, everything advertised about them is true.

i use these on medium / low or less heat unless just boiling water. I bought my first pan like this from a discount store.. and i burned it.. .. using high heat on it.. but i really liked the pan before i destroyed it. so i bought more of these with the aim of taking care of them.. i hand wash and do not use on high heat. they are still as good as new except where i banged one pot against an immovable object.. dented the aluminum edge.. but dont think the ceramic chipped. these are my lifetime favorite pans now. (lids not the best, somehow a fam member melted one covers handle) I use a cast iron to sear meat etc.. and i use these a bit slower than i used to (formerly cooking everything on high heat).. after i wash them (might take a short soak) the water does not even stick to the pan.. i do not have to dry the inside. also to care for these i let them cool naturally a bit before i toss them in the sink i don't just hit them with cold water while they are over 200 degrees. bottom line tho i love these ceramic pans but use other pans for frying burgers etc (tho you could fry a burger if you used lower heat) ... show more

This is our first new pot in a while, got it because it was safer for cooking even with wear and tear. Within the first use, we put the heat on medium and the water boiled in about 8 minutes which is double the time of our old pot. Previously it would take 10 min on high heat for the water to boil. We feel much safer using a lower heat to cook and feel more efficient in our day to day cooking. I cannot recommend this product enough! ... show more
