Nowhere in the advertisement did it say it needed a Sim card, open the package and it said insert Sim card. Did not come with a Sim card and there’s no place to put one anyway. Can’t get it to work. It’s junk.

First, obviously you need sim card to make these things work, no problem I have a data sim card. It does not show you how to insert the sim card so figured out I had to pry open the top which was very difficult and the sim slot was inside. It didn't say how to insert the sim card but figured out you had to slide the metal frame one way and lift it up and put the sim card in and slide it back to lock it, no problem. There is a reset button which they don't tell you what that is for so I pressed it and leds lit showing it reset I guess. Had it on for some time and nothing showed up on the app. This doesn't work and is a scam and returned obviously. ... show more

The very first instruction says prepare the SIM card. What SIM card? And what does prepare it mean? Then it says insert the SIM card. Insert it where? I can find a slot anywhere on the device. A total waste of money. Don't even consider it.

I ordered this product last week and was excited to get it until I opened the box and read the instructions. It does not come with a SIM card which is required for the device to work. First it’s larger than shown in the picture or the female holding it is a very large lady. Second after you purchase it, you need to find a SD card to place in it so that you can use it.
