Seller was quite fast in answering my questions and sending me a link for the download of the 2024 maps for USA, Mexico and Canada. He also sent me an instructions sheet on how to download it and how to install it in the Navruf GPS Navigation, which made the process a breeze. BTW, the GPS navigation works really well, and the device has lots of features. I will no longer get annoyed by that voice saying VERY OFTEN "GPS signal lost" when using well-known navigation apps of my cellphone. The Navruf has always had perfect reception from satellites in the very same routes that the cellphone/apps kept failing. I did not use the Bluetooth or the FM connection to the speekers, as they do not matter to me. I am VERY satisfied with the OREX seller and the product. I do reccomend both of them! While we have not taken it out on the road yet we have tested in our truck and i seems to be exactly what we need for our trailer navigation. It has so many cool features
