First, they do not come with anything to attach them to anything. And the tiny slot on the device is so small that it will break off if you tried to put it on any decent size key ring. Then you have to be sitting directly next to it for it to be able to go off which defeats the entire purpose of trying to find something that's lost. Even then, half the time they do not connect but just continue to say connecting and lock up your phone. Completely worthless item.

I bought this to put on my cats. Ive had a couple disappeare. And i wanted to be able to see where they go. But as soon as they are out of range of your bluetooth on your phone it disconnects. So its not for lost pets. But maybe your keys or other stuff that stays by your phone?

1. The tags randomly turn themselves off, so you cannot locate them. 2. The alarms go off at random, even when you have the alarm turned off for that tag. This was the dealbreaker for me. 3. The batteries were nearly dead when they arrived. I actually wouldn't have minded this, as I have packs of CR2023 batteries. But just so you know. I was trying to use these to locate frequently misplaced keys. They were entirely unsuitable for the purpose. I've messed with them for close to a month, but I give up. I am returning them.

These iTags, similar to AirTag trackers, have proven to be decent for my needs. While I've come across negative reviews on Amazon, one particularly from a user putting these on a cat, I found them useful for my specific use case. As an Android user, I don't delve into the full capabilities of the AirTag system, but these iTags conveniently fit into a pocket in my wallet designed for AirTags. The application experience is a bit janky, requiring a certain level of technical know-how to handle background processes on Android. To prevent the tags from triggering false alarms when the phone goes into sleep mode, you need to adjust settings to keep the application running in the background. This might pose a challenge for those less familiar with the Android operating system. I mainly use these tags for my wallet, ensuring that if it goes too far, it sets off an alert. The app functionality isn't perfect, and while there's a feature to take pictures of the last known location, real-time tracking isn't possible with these iTags. It's worth noting that they come in a pack of five, which I found convenient, and of thrift. I even repurposed the battery is one of them for another device, thanks to the pack's affordability at $15. In essence, these iTags serve as a practical, inexpensive, aid in keeping track of my belongings, offering a step up from having nothing. Despite their limitations, their affordability at $15 makes them a worthwhile addition for my needs.
