The media could not be loaded. This was a good option for the price so that I could have some shade over my hot tub. I managed to put it together myself but a second person would have been a big help. It took a while with just me. Added the sand bags to each leg and felt that it was sturdy enough and wouldn’t be an issue for the windier days in Florida. I had only had it up for just less than 45 days before Hurricane Ian showed up. I added tie down straps that attached to my hot tub. Those straps saved the canopy from becoming a giant flying rocket of metal. But the joint welds did not hold up to the winds. This north facing joint snapped at about 60 mph winds. One more side joint snapped later on in the evening. While I have been able to temporarily secure the joint I will have to order a new canopy. I would recommend this canopy even in Florida with our strong winds. This canopy held up for what be considered “normal” winds and a bit more. The canvas top never ripped. Make sure to secure the canopy with tie downs for safety purposes.

It has been a good product and a very durable one. We like it and use it a lot. That being said, after two + years of use, I want to buy a replacement top (just the canopy top) and haven’t been able to find one. Could you tell me where to get it? I’ve looked in Amazon an haven’t had luck.

I love this gazebo! I got the 8’x8’ one that my 13 year old son and I put it together on our own. It was very easy to assemble, the instructions were easy to understand. Everything fit well, we had no issues putting any of it together. No guessing, no trying to fit pieces together that didn’t go. The wind did take ours against our fence pretty hard and one of the top bars bent, but we have since weighted the legs and no issues. I wish I had weighted it sooner to avoid the bend, but my family of six loves it!

Rustiic Red Gazebo The Gazebo was purchased June 2023 . We waited a couple weeks to put the gazebo up. once the gazebo was assembled. It was really nice. We sat up under the gazebo few times in July and August A couple of months later. We notice the top of the canopy was faded really bad. We started reaching out to Amazon. By that time the 30 day returned window was over. we understood that well. There's something called a manufacturer warranty. 2nd time we Called Amazon again, I was given information to the Manufacturer company. Tried to contact the manufacturer company via phone. No one never answered the phone. I work during the day and don't have time to be on the phone or emailing often. 3 -4.months have gone by. Trying to get in contact with the Manufacturer company Called Amazon again the later part of December and was given the manufacturer contact email instead of the number finally. I emailed a certain department which was given by a CSR. And Email the manufacturer company in a different department that was given. Sent information they requested but, were told the top of the canopy warranty expired which were past the 6 months, which I didn'tknow. I thought that the entire gazebo had at least a 1 year warranty. By the time I got in contact with someone via email the top of the canopy was out of warranty. I called Amazon CS again And told him that the top of the canopy warranty expired and nothing could be done by the manufacture company. I was given another number and Email address by CSR. I was told I was.given incorrect information and the email address and number should be the right department And they would be able to help with the correct information that was given at the.time. However, up until now. 03/30/24 Once, I reached out to the correct department. Nothing could be done with the top of the canopy at all. But, their asking by a diagram which part of the brace or bracket needs to be replaced. At this point the entire canopy/gazebo is shot. From the top of the canopy to the brace, netting and strings to tie the curtains back. Less than a year the entire canopy is shot. Spring is here and summer is rolling around again. The images is the faded top of the canopy, the broken brace and the faded curtain with broken ties and strings to pull the curtains back This is now the 8th month of having the gazebo set under it a few times..no enjoyment at all. I understand the change of weather and seasons but, this is ridiculouas, not good quality at all. Money wasted. Not worth it! Bad experience and the company will not communicate with you via phone during business hours. It goes to voice mail. I read the reviews before purchasing. That's why I purchased it. You have good and bad. I had a bad experience. Till this day nothing is being done. Not worth it!. I will never purchased from ABC canopy again through Amazon or Directly.

The frame was easy to assemble and could be done alone, but with two people it took about an hour. The canopy was the incorrect size, but customer service remedied the issue. It took about a week of back and forth emails and instead of a replacement canopy they sent us an entirely new gazebo. It could have been corrected sooner, but it appears customer service is several time zones away so communication was not in real time. Despite other negative reviews about customer service, our interaction with them was relatively pleasant and productive. We've had the frame and a temporary canopy that we bought up for about a month. Even with some high winds and breezy days, the gazebo is doing well. We can't address the waterproof aspect since the canopy we're using is not original to the frame. The frame does shake with strong winds, but it has never been in danger of collapsing. The gazebo came with anchors but we used additional, stronger anchors as well. One month in, with a replacement canopy, the gazebo is doing well, so far. We could purchase from the company again, mainly because they overcompensated for the missing gazebo. For the price, the gazebo was a good purchase

We ordered a 10x10 khaki gazebo and it looks very pretty. We have been very pleased so far with everything about this gazebo, especially given the price. The installation was relatively easy and the material feels good quality. I am not too worried about rain leakage, particularly because we live in the middle of a desert. I am, however, a little bit concerned about how it will handle strong winds. So far so good, will update if things go wrong!
