Nothing sticks, just rinse with hot water and it’s clean as new
I’ve used this 14 inch pan at least eight times to deep fry in cook sausage patties made homemade shrimp Alfredo and nothing sticks, absolutely nothing at all sticks. I rinse the pan out with hot water and wipe it with a paper towel and it looks like it’s brand new, again nothing sticks whatsoever for me, I would give six stars right now if I could, we’ll see how long it lasts, it says you can use metal utensils, but I do not use any metal Utensils if I do like metal tongs. I do not touch the pan just the food. I left a quick video of sausage patties, not sticking..

Love the size for my larger meals.
Love this pan, size is perfect for most of my needs, but be careful to keep the temperature between medium and low medium. This pan does not tolerate high heat well, nor does it claim to.

Perfect Sauté Pan
I received the entire set last year and love it. I was missing this sauté pan so recently purchased it to complete the set. It cleans up easily and heats food perfectly. I do not put them in the dishwasher, though it stated that you could. I don't wish to take chance though of it not performing like it currently does. I recently boiled water too long steaming veggies and burnt the bottom of the pan, only to discover that once soaked, there was no damage at all and it was very easy to clean. I had done this years ago with a different brand and had to throw that pot away. The only downside is hot hot the lids get due to the metal. That is not an issue overall compared to how well this brand of cookware works. I'm very pleased and do recommend.

Gotham Steel Nonstick Sauté Pan – 5.5 Quart.
Pros: These pans have a great non-stick surface, very little oil/butter is necessary when cooking with these. The pans heat evenly so food will cook equally on all surfaces of the pan. The pans wash up nicely with minimal effort. Cons: These pans have all metal handles. This is not an issue with the sauce pans or the frying pans, but the large pasta pot has 2 tiny, thin metal handles that do heat up when using this pot. Use with caution. The lids have a nice feature, they have a condensation trip around the inside rim of the lid, so when you lift the lid off while cooking you don't have to worry about splatter. The downside to this is that water gets trapped in this ring while you are washing the pans, making them difficult to dry. A minor inconvenience, but worth noting. I would strongly recommend NOT using metal utensils with these pans, no matter how they are advertised. It is possible that an upgraded set can handle metal utensils, but this set is not diamond coated. These pans arrived in a timely manner. However, one pan was damaged (minor damage, chip in the non-stick coating). I contacted customer service right away via email, and got an immediate response. Gotham Steel promised to ship out a new pan and that it would take 4-6 weeks for delivery. However, after 3 months and no new pan showed up, I had to reach out again via email and got an unsatisfactory response. After escalating my request for a replacement pan, I did finally receive one. These are a very nice set of pans for a very reasonable price.

Do not purchase this pan..I used it three times before stuff started sticking... the non stick wore off quickly...poor heat distribution.Very disappointed. This pan is over rated. Should be reported for false advertising.

I love this pan!
I'm impressed with Gotham Steel pans. I have a couple of them. This pan is large and deep. Just what I needed when cooking large dishes. Nothing sticks to it! I like the color. It's built sturdy but still light weight so it doesn't hurt my wrist when picking it up.

Just. No…
I bought this pan as an extra to the set of the original Gotham Steel. I use it the most out of them all. I have a big family and big pans work really well for me. Light weight, cooks evenly even on a smaller burner, easy to clean (too easy, I’ll get to that) and they look nice but this particular one is NOT scratch resistant. I would never use a mixer (like they show in the commercials) a metal whisk or metal tongs in this pan. EVER! You wanna know why? It’s been scratched from being stacked with the other pans! If you “scrub” while hand washing, the finish comes off and ya know what? Where the finish comes off food sticks. I’m STILL using oil and butter to cook and they claim these are non stick pans. Unfortunately, we have an old electric stove with coil burners (I hate it) but the burners have scratched the bottoms off the entire set. They also slide all over the burner so if you’re holding the lid don’t stir too aggressively, your pan will slide off the burner. Speaking of the lids, let’s talk about those. Nice, ish, they seem like the glass is good quality but the metal handle is not insulated. IT GETS HOT! Make sure you have your pot holder ready to lift that sucker off the pan! In conclusion, my Sam’s Club Members Mark set I bought 10 years ago was better than this set. I bought the Gotham Steel set Memorial Day Weekend 2022 and I’m already looking to replace it. It’s July 2022. Not recommended.

Extra large fry pan and easy to clean!
Wow! This thing is big! You can cook a huge meal in it. I just got it, so have only used one time but I already love it! Like all non-stick pans, don’t use high heat, it will ruin it. I learned the hard way on another pan. Be patient and heat it up slow. Not too heavy and it has the helper handle which you really need on a pan this large. I was surprised at just how big it actually is. Great choice for someone with a large family.
