This is a great cookware set, with everything you need. The quality is very good: I didn’t find any issue after several weeks. The surface is still preventing the food to stick, after use, even if it is not treated with teflon. The only small concern is on the handles, as not perfectly insulated: you need to take some precautions, especially with the lids, to avoid to get burned.

I was specifically looking for a set of pots and pans to replace some older Teflon coated pans. I've used ceramic coated pans such as this one and have been very happy with them. This is a nice ceramic coating that is sort of non stick if you're careful. If you like to cook your food at high heat you'll find that this pan won't last. Food will stick to the pan and the coating will wear down. But, if you can tolerate cooking at medium to low heat this pan works very well. I would call it a medium weight pan and it' s mostly aluminum. I've been very happy with how it cooks and have adapted to the limits of this type of pan coating. I don't have an induction top but the listing says it will work but I can't say for sure as it doesn't list iron in the materials. The hammered coating simulates a copper look very convincingly but it doesn't say anywhere in the documentation that the coating is real copper. If it is real copper it is a very thin coating over the aluminum. But, it does really look great. The set comes with some utensils but they are not really what I would purchase and I don't really feel they add much value to the set. The blades of the utensils are hard plastic and I only use silicone as the hard plastic seems to always melt on me. The handles are two pieces and I does like this design as food gets into the joint in the handles.

This set of copper pots and pans is perfect for any kitchen. Particularly, the newly independent young adult who is learning how to cook their own meals because eating out costs too much money and rent is due. They heat up quickly and cook evenly making them ideal for the novice or professional chef. They are really easy to clean by handwashing or throwing them into the dishwasher. I have used the pans to cook pasta, create a roux, sear scallops, and fry eggs. All were simple recipes with different heat temps and all cooked well. As a 40 year old mom of 2 boys, I am more than a novice, but definitely not a professional, when it comes to preparing meals for my family. My husband prefers teflon pans, but he will learn to love these because I do more cooking.

This Copper Pot and Pan set is overall very nice. The hammered copper is very stunning and looks great in our kitchen. The ceramic nonstick coating is very smooth and works really well so far. I like it as an alternate to teflon. It is also a bonus that the set comes with some cooking spatulas and a steamer insert. Also love that these pots and pans are dishwasher safe and oven safe. My only complaint is that the metal bottom has a bit of a rough edge so I can't stack these together. There were also a few edges on the pan that were a bit dinked up but it didn't affect the coating at all. But overall so glad I got these because they are gorgeous.

These pots are great. Easy to clean, hold temperature well. Very functional sizes. Find ourselves grabbing them before any other pots and pans. Utensils are good, too. They hold up well in the dishwasher, the stainless steel bottoms got a little discolored in the way that stainless does, but the copper finish is totally unblemished after weeks of dishwasher use.

This is a fantastic cooking set. Weather you are replacing an old set or buying as a house warming/wedding gift, this set is fantastic. I was a little skeptical that the finish would be as non-stick as described, but it really is slicker than any pan set I have ever used before. Cooking over easy eggs, or omelets is super simple with no residue left behind. The hammered textured copper finish is really beautiful and has received several compliments for guest. The price of this set makes it an even better deal. I will definitely be purchasing this set for house warming gifts.

These pans are fantastic so far! They're def nonstick as tested with scrambled eggs! Everything just sort of slides off. I did use butter so I'm not sure how they'd be without. They seem to heat pretty evenly as well. I have handwashed so I'm unsure how they'd be in the dishwasher but they do say dishwasher safe. These pans are also lightweight which is nice. They're very easy to use and the material they're made out of seems to perform well even with high heat It says theyre ceramic but they're all so lightweight. I always think of slightly heavier ceramic so this is nice. I also love that this set comes with the steamer basket and utensils! This is a great set! Very happy with it.
