This is an absolutely fantastic product. Make over-easy eggs easily. Just flip the pan over. Same with pancakes. Instead of trying to get underneath them to turn them, just flip the pan over to cook the other side. Highly recommend.

OMG I LOVE this pan! My omelets are now perfect EVERY TIME! They are also super light and fluffy (I use 3 eggs and a dash of cream). Tip: Make sure your omelet is not too runny before you flip it—and flip it over the sink—as water can condense and spill on the stove. I also cook both sides well and often add cheese and fold it in half. It just slides out of the pan without even needing a spatula! Another tip: Let the pan cool well before you clean it. Most times I just need a soft paper towel with a little bit of soap to clean it because nothing sticks. My omelets were so sad before and now I feel like they look like restaurant quality! I did a LOT of research and took a chance on this inexpensive pan and it really payed off. Will definitely be giving these for Christmas this year. ... show more

i bought this complete set had about three months and the outside paint starting flaking away the pan inside however is still in good shape the pans do stick without butter or cooking spray but these pans have never been in a dishwasher and the outsides look terrible would not reccomend based on outside condition will not buy again ! ... show more
