  • Nice Gloves
Size: Medium Color: Brown/Black
Purchased for my husband as a gift. Measured his hands ahead of time, and they fit well, once on. They are difficult to pull on, but hoping they will stretch or he’ll become more used to them over time. We went to a local store and he tried on a size “large” but it was too large, so this is the right size - it just is snug to get on. Really beautifully made and nice warm gloves, though. ... show more

  • An awesome glove!
Size: X-Large Color: Black/Grey
You just aren't going to find a better glove for this pricepoint. These gloves are incredibly warm and comfortable. They have been used in temperatures as low as -10 and in heavy snow conditions. They kept my hands very warm and very dry!. The elastic cuff helps to seal the glove and keep out the cold air. The gloves are well constructed, thick and tough. These are a great value!! Like any thick glove, it is almost impossible to use touchscreen devices. But keeping a stylus in your solves that problem. ... show more

  • Good quality gloves
Size: Large Color: Black
These Carhartt gloves are exactly what I was looking for for winter weather. They kept my hands warm even in cold conditions, and the quality is solid and durable, just what you’d expect from Carhartt. The fit is good overall, though they do run a little on the tight side, so if you’re between sizes you may want to size up. Once on, they’re comfortable and easy to work in. Overall, I’m very happy with them and would definitely recommend them for cold-weather use. ... show more

  • Work as well as my old $70 gloves, but wish these came in women's sizes.
Size: Medium Color: Black/Grey
Pros: These gloves are pretty warm, comfortable and relatively water resistant. Stays dry when clearing a lot of snow off of your car. I live in Chicago and we just recently came off of another few days of -29 wind chill. Eventually your hands get cold even wearing the gloves, but warm enough to prevent frostbite. I use forearm crutches to walk, so I'm unable to put my hands in my pockets while walking, they are constantly exposed to the temperatures. But these gloves hold up as well as my old $70 LLBean winter gloves. Cons: These gloves just feel bulky, which is why they are warm, but, they don't come in women's sizes. The fit is probably why they are a little awkward to wear. I have to take my glove off to do anything such as unlocking and locking my car, using my phone or anything that takes any dexterity. I can't get any touchscreen functionality. It might be because of the fit because I'm a woman wearing men's gloves. But warmth is my biggest need, so I'll just deal with it. I have yet to wear any very warm gloves that works on my phone, only the regular gloves work that way for me. They also have a clip that anchors the gloves to each other which is nice, but it would have been nicer to have the old fashioned string that goes through your sleeves so when you take them off like they ones my mom used to use for us as small children so they didn't get lost. The gloves are too bulky to just shove them in your pocket when you take them off without a strong possibility of losing them. i think I'm going to look for clips and make them myself. So, if you just want gloves to protect your hands in the very cold and don't want to spend $80+, these Carhartt gloves work. ... show more

  • Very happy to have warm hands in extremely cold winter conditions.
Size: X-Large Color: Dark Grey/Black
I am so glad I read previous reviews which said these ran a little on the smaller side. I ordered the extra large instead of the large which the measurements would have me order. These fit very well and I think the gloves are great, look good, and the material is very good.

  • Great purchase
Size: XX-Large Color: Black
These gloves are amazing. A bit tight for big hands, but once they're on they are warm, and watertight.

  • Warm Glove, Not Waterproof
Size: Large Color: Tarmac Black
I needed a pair of good, warm gloves for shoveling, snow-blowing, etc. I decided on these based on reviews. I was hoping they were made in the US but they ae made in China. As far as fit, I usually wear a Large glove for things like Wells-Lamont leather work gloves, so I ordered a Large. The fit is good, although the wrist is kind of a struggle to get them on. I have the adjustment band loosened all the way and it is a PITA to get these on. It is the wrist that is the issue, because once on they are find, and actually an XL would have been too big. The Large makes it cumbersome to use your fingers as it is. I assumed that was to help with extra lining to keep your fingers warm. So, fit wise, for my hand, the wrist is a little too small while the fingertips are a little too large. I don't have slender hands, more meaty, so I get the wrists being snug to slide on, but the finger size seems inconsistent with the wrist. As far as warmth, I was out for hours in the last two storms we had here in NJ, one was about a foot of snow and literally 0-5 degrees, while the other was 2' of snow and about 15020 degrees but an on-going blizzard. My hands were comfortable both times, but during the colder storm, my fingers did start to feel pretty cold after an hour or so. The second time, they were fine, and that was being outside for 3 hours, then anther 3 later. Due to whatever lining used, the gloves feel almost damp inside when you put them on. I don't know if that is from the heat or moisture from my hands or wet, but I have never felt that with gloves before. They are warm and dry but feel almost damp. just odd. As far as waterproof, nope, not in the least. They got soaked after I was in the second storm for about 45 minutes. The interior did stay somewhat dry but they definitely absorb moisture and it moves inward. when they dried out, I sprayed them with some water repellant, and that helped slow the process, but these are not waterproof and not very water resistant. They are still decent gloves, but for this price, you could just buy whatever brand, or maybe something decent from Costco, and get the same results. There's no quality here that warrants the $30+ price tag. ... show more
