Last night while I was steaming some potstickers there was an emergency and I did not turn off the heat before I left. When I got back the smell of burning pot was so strong and I felt sick to my stomach as I thought I had ruined my beautiful set. I was wrong. Much to my delight, the burned stuff on the inside came right off and didn’t even stain! Up date as of 6/28/25 - I have now had this set for 6 months. I used to dislike cleanup, actually dreading it! Not any more. No only does this set distribute heat evenly making my cooking better, the cleanup is so easy that I actually look forward to trying new dishes and more difficult dishes. Claims to have warranty but they don’t warranty anything white non stick surface started chipping sent email as directed by company then sent another as directed again by company with photos of all the pans this happened with and all of a sudden I need to send everything to another email so I sent everything again and still waiting for a response since October and it’s now December so don’t buy from this company they act like they are going to do the right thing and then they ghost you by not responding don’t bother to call they give you different email address and won’t let you speak to anybody to fix the situation lids make white non stick coating to chip a lot all along the pots edges where it meets the lids or the lid lays on they don’t back their product and I reached out prior to warranty expiring very disappointing customer service they were not cheep to purchase and didn’t last 10 months before finding issues and they they run you around with no conclusion Don’t buy from them unless you have money to waist. Zoom in if needed on pics but I will not be consuming your white coating any longer ... show more

First thing I cooked in my Gotham Steel cookware, was an over easy egg with no oil. It was a dream! Cooking on a medium or lower heat, takes some getting used to. They wash up beautifully and cooking is a whole new experience. I give these a 5 star rating after two months of use.

In beauty I give it 5☆ In quality I guve it 1 ☆ --> everything gets stuck on them, it is definitely not non stick!!!! Plus the paint comes off easily just by placing the lid on it!!! Seriously NOTA WORTH IT! SAD... WASTE OF MY $
