I’m talking pancakes, diced potatoes, eggs, meats, things that would just get STUCK at the bottom of my other pans slide right off of this nice piece! Please note, a little butter or oil is recommended to make this seamless! (Even when I use oil and butter in my other pans, things would still stick, ESPECIALLY with potatoes, but not for this pan) Fair warning for eggs, they would sometimes drift to the edges of the pan after you’d crack them in.     • Fabulous cookware!
I bought the Gotham Steel 10½-inch square pan in October 2017. It's now February 2019. I have a gas range, and I use non-metal utensils. I've used the pan well over 100 times, for everything from eggs (over easy and scrambled), grilled-cheese sandwiches, bacon, steaks, hamburgers, chops, and breakfast- and sandwich-type sausages. The only thing I haven't tried is baking, but that's because I don't bake anything. Cleanup has been a breeze. I wait until the pan has cooled to room temperature, then I take a couple of swipes with a soapy sponge, rinse, then dry with paper towels to avoid water spots from our ultra-hard water. I just compared the finish with a virgin, never used Gotham Steel 4-quart pan: the finishes are identical. The only problem I've had is that foods skitter away from the spatula or tongs. So I always have a chopstick handy to pin the food so I can flip it. The surface is just that slick. Needless to say, I've been ultra happy with the Gotham Steels I have in my collection of pots and pans. I doubt I'll ever buy a pot or pan from any other manufacturer. ... show more

Love this pan. Nothing sticks to it, or at least has yet to. I do not wash my pans in the dishwasher, but it is easy to clean and wipe up.

This pan has exceeded my expectations by a mile. I am a single guy who does minimal cooking. I don't like toaster ovens so I use the pan for toast. I butter the toast with Smart Balance (extremely healthy butter alternative) and use MEDIUM HEAT ( ruined a previous non stick pan by using too much heat) and the toast turns out perfectly. Just the right amount of crunch without being dry, and the heat distribution has it toasted evenly. I then scrambled eggs and cooked them (medium heat) and I use a silicone utensil instead of something hard (OCD) and the eggs were simply superb. I like to let the pan cool down before washing just to be on the safe side and it almost cleans itself. One of the best buys I have made on Amazon in a long, long time. ... show more

These truly work at non stick jist be careful when using butter since it's non stick the butter turns brown fast but really slides off the pan as advertised

The pan was light weight, it heated up quickly and after a few tries I can safely say that eggs stick. If you want a pan where you can cook eggs SSU without sticking, you need to look elsewhere. I'm totally disappointed.
