    • Way sturdier than our previous playset. UPDATED
Arrived on time and came in 3 boxes if i remember correctly. Instructions are thorough and detailed. Only thing I didn't like is that the bags for the fasteners aren't labeled with what's in them. Some of the screws and bolts took awhile to sort out for each step as they were in bags with other fasteners. The instructions did have the fasteners printed on the papers so you could match them up to figure out if it was a 4 or 4.5" bolt, etc. My son and I put it together and we really enjoyed it. Lots of things for an 8yr old to help with. He actually attached all the fasteners for the swing beam himself after I showed him how. The thought process in regards to assembling it made sense and was logical. Took us a few days, but if I worked all day on it I could have done it in about 1.5-2days. I've shoved on it and can barely budge it. My son could lift the legs on the other playset when he swung, but they don't budge on this one. It is a bit spendy, but I feel it is worth it. All the main support legs are large 4x4 beams instead of 1x4 boards on some we looked at. So far they love it. UPDATED: 2025. It’s been almost 3.5 yrs of the Southwest sun & heat and other than tightening the bolts/screws & restaining it once a year it is still perfect. The wood looks amazing but is starting to show some signs of maybe needing some sanding next year. The plastic swings are faded but still pliable and used numerous times a week. The green awning hasn’t deteriorated much at all either. 10/10 would by again. Great product and so far great longevity with minimal maintenance. ... show more

Some wooden parts were damaged and needed quite a bit of sanding, or had to be turned around to keep them off exposed places where children could get injured. Only 4 bolts were missing, so those were easily replaced. Otherwise, the wood and all other parts were of very good quality and went together in an afternoon. Awful! We bought this and when we opened it, there were 5 missing pieces of WOOD!!! MAIN PIECES OF WOOD!! We are so mad! Literally was the ONLY gift we bought out son for Xmas! Ruined Xmas! This is so upsetting! 1150AG x2, 1150H x1, 1150N x1, and 1150K x1, ALL MISSING!!!!! ALSO, 2 bags of screws were wrong, one of them were literally the wrong size, and the other was labeled the wrong size. ALSO ALSO.... the instructions show the incorrect sizes ... show more

    • Missing bags of screws
delivery was long due to the carrier service not delivering on the scheduled day so they had to reschedule and wait a few more days. The most annoying part was missing two packs of screws so we had to make two different trips to town to get screws. Took the whole weekend to put together. This playset is great, however make sure you anchor it ASAP. The assembly instructions were easy to follow, but because of the heat, we decided to finish the last two steps on another day. Unfortunately, we were hit by a storm with high winds the following day that flipped the whole playset. Since it was an act of God, the pieces that broke were not covered. They do supply the dimensions in the assembly instructions, so we can re-make the broken pieces, and I found some carriage bolts to replace the bent ones at home depot. I tried contacting customer service a couple times to see if I could just buy the replacement parts, but no one ever replied or answered the phone. I'll just re-make the pieces myself. ... show more
