    • You need to review every nut and bolt that came pre-assembled on bike.

It was fairly easy to assemble, however the pre-assembly was poor. The crank arms and pully screw were lose. After one day of use the there was a loud clicking noise from crank shaft area as i pedaled. I decided to take the belt cover off to check the belt tension. It turned out the belt was way too tight. So tight that the crank shaft bearing were somewhat grinding to produce the noise. Very similar to a regular bike if the chain is too tight. I was able to adjust\reduce the belt tension by the adjustments on front wheel. I read other users had issue with the seat moving. I did as well. I had to tighten the seat screw incredibly tight with a real wrench (not the one it came with) to keep it from moving around. The instructions do say you should go over all the screws but the belt issue causing bearing grinding should not have happened. Most people would not have be able to fix it. Over all it is good for the price but don't buy it if your not handy with mechanical equipment or tools. Assembly was easy but repairing it was not. ... show more

This bike is good for my mom with a busy schedule; often time she does not have time to go to the gym or outside for her daily exercise. This bike helps relieve the stress of going out, and she can enjoy watching her shows while exercising at home. Overall, the bike quality is great in that the parts fit together well and was quite easy to put together out of the box. The bike has options to move the seat up/down back/forward so it can accommodate more than one person. My mom has no complain with it so far and enjoyed her new gift. For someone that doesn't need all the fancy bell and whistles that other more expensive brand offers, this bike is perfect for that. Just get on and pedal. Oh and you can change the resistance to help increase the intensity of your routine. ... show more

    • If you dont know how to take things apart to fix them then dont get this bike. It came broken

My wife bought this bike and when she rode it made this scratching sound. I had to take it apart to find out there is this fabric like stuff that is connected to the tension knob. The smart people at the factory didn't get thick enough of that fabric rectangle thing so it scraps. I ended it fixing it by bending back the metal that was scrapping on it with some vice grips. That's not it folks. There was a thud sound every time she rode hard over and over. I had to take it apart again. I was upset after a few hours realizing its not inside the bike it was the wheel. there is this piece of plastic with cool designs on it that kept sliding back and forth. I put hot glue all along the edge of the wheel that touched this and it keeps it from sliding. The bike is great now after I spent hours fixing it. Don't get this bike unless you are prepared to fix the items I mentioned. Oh yeah, your welcome too to anyone I saved some time. ... show more

For the price it’s okay. It’s cheap and the pedals feel short as if I’m riding a kids tricycle, I cant really stand and cycle.
