I put this together while my dad was in town so we were both using it to see if different sizes can use and you can. Actually even my son can use it. The assembly was super easy- the only part that took some time was the screw to hold on the red piece. Maybe a total of 20 minutes. My whole life I’ve been petite but hold my weight in my middle and its always been “soft.” I have gained some weight recently and started a more rigorous exercise routine. I love my exercise bike but wanted something to target this troublesome area. I am pleased that I can feel the butn after just a few crunches. The first day I used this OH LORD I WAS IN PAIM FOR 4 DAYS. jehovah ain't have mercy on me. After that it's like there is no affect. Idk if I'm using it wrong but for sure I like it alot. It hurts my wrist more tho

I can feel the progress! It’s definitely worth it. The only issue I had assembling was putting the body cover on. It’s an awkward position to try and screw something on. Other than that, I love it!

I really love this product! I bought this product because I find that doing ab exercises on the floor hurt my neck or my spine. This is a killer ab workout. You have to work your way up to doing 5 sets of 20 which i do everyday now. Really recommend this product!!!!
