This thing works wonderfully. I'd give 5 stars but the remote is kind of a piece of crap. It works just fine, don't get me wrong but, the first time I pulled it out of the box, the face plate on the remote fell out. It's got scratches all around it, like someone tried to push it all back together but it isn't gonna hold. I don't need the remote so it's not a big deal to me but it will be to someone. Been using this for a week or so now, the tower itself is lightweight so may tip over if an animal brushes against it. Otherwise the heat it gives out is perfect for a small room. Oscillating mode works great for evenly distributing heat. The quality build is good so far, will have to update this review again in 3 months when it starts to get colder for the upcoming winter. Noise wise it’s pretty quiet. Overall would get another one for the living room. The cord you’ll have to check every now and then if you’re planning on leaving it on for more than an hour. It gets pretty warm to the touch but it’s not burning hot where it’s dangerous. ... show more

    • very tall and warm but dont like controls ,TOO tall and skinny to trust oscillating
have to keep messing with the controls to keep on for more than 24 hours. It can stay on low but after 24 hours, it turns on high, all by itself. I have to keep track so garden tub bathroom pipes dont freeze with these single digits. this is so tall, i dont need it on high. Dont like controls
