Once filled, the sand adds 25lbs. of weight providing extra stability during breezy conditions. A safety chain secures your 20lb. liquid propane gas tank (not included).

This XL-Series heater features 46,000 BTUs with a premium automatic safety shut-off protection system should the heater ever start to tilt. The rapid spark ignition system makes lighting easy, and the adjustable control knob varies the heat intensity to suit your comfort.The 32” round aluminum reflector is positioned above the stainless-steel burners and double mantel heating grids to reflect infrared heat downward up to 15-feet in diameter. The center pole features a circular table for drinks and apps. The base includes two heavy-duty wheels for easy movement on patio or deck.

Great item quality wise. All pieces cut correctly and fit well. Problem assembling revolves primarily trying to remove protective plastic wrapping on body and "hat". Simply refuses to come off easily. Sticks to the metal like glue. Definitely will require your best Xmas present opening skills here.
