For my purpose it's great, but very small

Measurements were mostly accurate not off by more that a hair in any direction. Absolutely pull out your tape measure and get a visual of what these numbers look like. This is absolutely perfect for my 3 quail. Quail are very small. I would not use it on chickens unless it's a quarantine area for one sick chicken. Its just to small for a chicken. I also wouldn't use it on any rabbits again the housing area is just to small for a rabbit. It would be great for baby chicks as a grown out if you only had a couple. Would make a great get some fresh air for a minute set up as well. Not durable enough for a long term outside set up unless it was inside something else. Was able to set it up on my bed. I will be using it in my garage. The door height is 8 inches at best so any animal shorter than say 7 would be fine. Lots of animals listed that just wouldn't be compatible with this being as small as it is. But again the measurements are accurate so you would have to understand what 8 inches looks like and the size of your pet. It's very light and easy to move my toddler helped me with it. If Amazon had multiple ratings predictor ratings would be no stars. Accuracy 5 stars. my needs 5 stars. Claims for uses 3 stars etc. I don't ever rate the value as most things are the same price range and same quality as everything else. So value would be neutral. A raccoon could easily walk off with this entire thing if left out unprotected over night. A small dog could easily collapse it if pounced on. However my over all rating is 5 stars as its exactly what i was after. My husband had no issues putting it together in a few minutes. The instructions were great and set up in a way that a small dumb child could follow with ease. A basic screwdriver was needed. If you have common sense and common knowledge I'd highly recommend this item.

Small, but served its purpose

I needed something to put a bantam chicken and her three babies in for a few weeks…it’s definitely very small but it works for the time being. I don’t think I’d keep a regular sized hen in there. You do need power tools to put it together. Unfortunately I didn’t have power tools on hand so it took me a lot longer to put together. For the price I think it’s decent…nothing spectacular but served its purpose.

Perfect for quail!

I really love this little coop. I wish I would have purchased 2 of them while they were still in stock. It houses my quail perfectly and they like it because all of a sudden one started laying eggs!! The only downside is the clip to close it. I would have liked an easier to open clasp. Overall. Get it when it is in stock! Takes about 30 minutes to put together.

A decent enough small enclosure for the price...

For what it is, good enough .... a cheap enclosure for small animals We're using it as temporary living quarters for some pullets who can be OK outdoors, but not quite ready to be in the flock. It could house maybe two full size chickens, but even that would be a tight squeeze in the nesting section. It would probably be better as a rabbit hutch. All said: it's inexpensive, easy enough to put together, but don't expect anything all that rugged

Works great for silkies

Aweful!

Poor craftsmanship. Wire not properly secured and loose. Low end wood, with chips and splitting in some areas, raw not coated as the other cage I purchased. I'd return this one yet need it ASAP for rescue chickies. Definitely do NOT recommend buying from this company. Waste of money!

Great coop to fix up for the price

Easy to put together. Its pretty small which isn't an issue for me since I use them for quail. I did make some modifications to this product. I added a small piece of wood to the bottom of each door frame to prevent it being pushed in, I add hardware cloth to the bottom to prevent something from coming from underneath and I put astroturf in the hide box to swap out and clean regularly. None of the modifications were expensive or were hard to do and made the coop even better.

It's a "no" from me.

There is absolutely ZERO way this fits 2 chickens. Maybe chicks or pullets, but there's no way this will fit 2 full grown chickens. The whole thing is racked, and nothing fits exactly how it's should. This pen offers ZERO predator protection. There's no wire underneath. No door inside from coop to run. And it's easily tipped over. The only reason I'm actually keeping this, is because it works for my ''chicken hospital" my girl pictured has a neck injury and I know she won't be pecked at, and she has more grazing room than the dog pen we have. If it wasn't for my sheer desperation and lack of available options this would be returned. I did like that it fit through my run door, and I'm able to move it in my coop if needed. It was semi-easy to build, if you have help to hold screws & pieces into place. I don't think it's worth the money I paid though... Again the desperation component comes into play.
