Fantastic scooter. Folds neatly for storage, works on coarse gravel driveway as well as fairly rough terrain. My only caveats are it is a bit heavy at 70 lbs. to lift into a vehicle by myself and there is a steel bumper that protrudes between the front wheels that prevents driving over abrupt changes in terrain, I.E. thresholds greater than 2 inches or so. I expect this is to prevent the possibility of tipping the scooter over backwards. To solve the loading issue, I purchased some ramps that allow me to easily load it in a pickup truck. One can also overcome abrupt changes in height by using small blocks, one for each wheel with a gap in between them to allow the scooter to climb over the change in height without the steel bumper preventing motion. There is also an irritating warning message when backing up. This was very easy for me to overcome simply by removing the screws from the bottom of the control/display unit and unplugging the speaker wire plug from the circuit board. Note, this also disables the horn. All in all, a very well designed and manufactured product. Runs a long time on a charge too.

This mobility scooter is exactly the right size for me. It lifts in and out of the hatch back of my car with ease. I fold up the unit, put the front tires on the bumper of the car and lift the rear and roll it forward. When removing it from the car, I pull it out just enough to make the seat go up, then slide it far enough out that the handlebars can be opened up and easily lift it down to the ground. I work on a college campus and the battery life lasts me all week. Only thing I’m sorry that I didn’t get the color and I got a gray one! I would buy this scooter again.

This isgreat scooter! We now hav.. two. We've yet to run out of battery. Handles well on all sorts of terrain.. The turning radius is nit as tight as, say, the supermarket scooters but the mee you use it, easier it gets. There's walk mode (no need to sit in it) which is handy for loading it ontoa platform. Wish they had a reverse walk mode. Otherwise, it's a great scooter!

Great scooter. Excellent battery life, good speed and range. My only disappointment is that it doesn't fit in the trunk of my car. It just doesn't fold as flat as it could with a little bit more thought put into the design. If you have a minivan, SUV or hatchback, it would be a wonderful purchase for you.

Ordered this to take on vacation, liked that this one was easy to fold and unfold, no removing batteries," or reassembling each time. It's easy to maneuver inside the house, haven't taken outside yet. Love the dashboard, easy to read, it even talks to you, very user friendly. The basket is sturdy, and love the horn and headlight. The only negative would be: these are mainly used for elderly people and our knees just don't bend as they once did. The body could be a little longer and it would make it so much easier to get our feet placed within the frame. Otherwise, I think it's a fun little scooter that hopefully I will enjoy for years to come.

Exceptional quality. Folds easily, light weight, long range. I had to replace the controller after the warranty expired. Company sent the replacement immediately along with easy to follow installation instructions. It was very earsy to install, no way to make a mistake. The customer service was excellent. If I was to have a suggestion it would be to make the scooter 6 inches longer for increased legroom. I woould definately recommend this scooter to everyone and I'd purchase it again if needed.

This scooter is made in China. It developed problems within the first six months. Your only way to exercise the so-called warranty is by exchanging emails with foreigners. I am 86 and dependent on mobiity devices. They asked me to install parts, pack it up to send it back, and do all sorts of thingss I am unable to do at my age and condition. I finally asked for a partial refund, and they wanted my credit card details rather than work through Amazon, which I would not do. I finally, after 17 emails, gave up and I have now purchased an American made scooter with inhome service. This was a very expensive lesson! Also, it is a very small scooter. I am 5'6" and my knees were in my face. Take my advice! Buy American! I wish Amazon would indicate where things are made. I would never have bought this scooter if I had known it was made in China!
