This is everything I hoped for and so much more! I really hated the fact that I couldn't see this in person before I ordered it, but I liked everything I saw on Amazon and decided to give it a chance. I bought the Glashow mobility scooter in the gray, foldable, 25 mile version. There was very little set up. The delivery came right to my front door, and once it was charged, we were ready to go. Once you learn how to fold it, it is pretty easy to fold and unfold. It's pretty heavy, but we can lift the front end onto the car and then lift the backend and roll it in to the back of the SUV. It is probably a bit smaller than some mobility scooters which is good for me because I'm 5'1" and 160 pounds. My husband, who is 5'10", can sit on and maneuver it around, but it might be a bit small for someone bigger than that. I got it primarily to rejoin my family on outdoor outings. The first weekend I had it, we went to a Christmas event where the gravel was the size of chicken eggs in many areas. This thing rolled over everything with no problems. It can go up and down 2 to 3 inch drops on the sidewalk no problem. Then we took it to the Renaissance Festival in town, which was everything from small gravel to mud to mulch, and hilly in areas. There was only one time I needed an extra shove up one of the steeper mulch covered hills. Another time, the bridge had about a 4 inch height difference to the mulch path, and we had to lift the front wheels up before I could get going again. So, we really have given it a thorough testing on everything mentioned above plus grass, empty lots, up and down paved hills, and I've really had no problems. There is no seatbelt, so if you're going to be offroading, you may want a helmet. ;) The speed is great, as it can go 2 miles an hour at slow, 4 miles an hour at medium, and 6 miles an hour at high. That allows me to scooter alongside my husband when he's jogging. It stops as soon as you release the actuator, which did take a bit of getting used to. The turn radius is pretty good. If you're careful you can turn from one normal size sidewalk onto a perpendicular normal size sidewalk without having to do any maneuvering back-and-forth. It does have a light, and the first time I used it was actually at night. So, the light was pretty handy. Both of my hands are severely impaired by arthritis, but I'm able to use the activation lever with either hand. The seat is surprisingly comfortable with a pretty thick cushion. My family has always been great about pushing my wheelchairs, but it would not have worked in most of the places I mentioned above. I know because we tried! I've only had this for two months, so I can't speak to it its longevity. However, I hope very much it lasts a long time because I'm having a lot of fun with it! Memories with family = priceless!!

Fantastic scooter. Folds neatly for storage, works on coarse gravel driveway as well as fairly rough terrain. My only caveats are it is a bit heavy at 70 lbs. to lift into a vehicle by myself and there is a steel bumper that protrudes between the front wheels that prevents driving over abrupt changes in terrain, I.E. thresholds greater than 2 inches or so. I expect this is to prevent the possibility of tipping the scooter over backwards. To solve the loading issue, I purchased some ramps that allow me to easily load it in a pickup truck. One can also overcome abrupt changes in height by using small blocks, one for each wheel with a gap in between them to allow the scooter to climb over the change in height without the steel bumper preventing motion. There is also an irritating warning message when backing up. This was very easy for me to overcome simply by removing the screws from the bottom of the control/display unit and unplugging the speaker wire plug from the circuit board. Note, this also disables the horn. All in all, a very well designed and manufactured product. Runs a long time on a charge too.

Solid mobility scooter for the price. Looks and feels like good quality, and the unit is sturdy. It's not easiest to move in and out of the seat if you're a bigger person; however, there is enough space once you get into the seat. The controls are smooth and easy to use. The larger battery does make this unit a little too heavy for one person to easily pick up the unit, but it is very easy for one person to roll around given the extra set of back wheels. Tires looks like good quality, and the ride is smooth.

First one we purchased had a tick click on the left rear axle and the company replaced it without any issues. We used on a trip to Disneyland and it lasted all day driving from the parking structure into the park all day and night in the park and back to the parking structure. Excellent. The portability is also excellent. It's a bit heavy to pick up but you can roll it on the little wheels on the back and not have to pick up the whole thing at once. All in all would recommend for anybody. UPDATE: 03/24/2024 Rear end making a strange noise. Am going to contact seller. will update. Update: 08/27/24 holding up well. still a little tick in the rear but not an issue. Battery life is excellent still. Would recommend strongly. Update 12/28/2024 still working very well. Batt range still good. Smooth off road surfaces and hills aren't a problem and i am a big guy. Sounds coming from drive-line was told by Glashow were normal. Warranty almost up and me being concerned and insistent they send me a replacement motor axle assembly for free. This company has been a pleasure to deal with. So if the motor quits i have a quick swap out. That is customer service. Cheers. M 3/10/2026 Update Battery is dying really fast.

I am very pleased with this scooter. It has given me independence back and allowed me to get outdoors more. I have an invisible disability that affects my mobility at times and ability to be standing for long periods of time. It allows me to go outside, into stores, without worrying about a medical situation that prevents me from walking safely. My service dog is also very comfortable around the scooter so we are able to go for longer walks and outings. I now can leave my house further than I was able to go, without needing to plan in advance in case I have a medical episode. It’s very reliable, I have never had it malfunction on me and it’s gotten a good bit of use over the last 2 weeks. The pros: Folds down and is collapsible, no pieces need removed except for the basket (which is very easy) Easy to maneuver when not in the seat if someone else needs to move it, there is a walking mode Handles underneath the scooter making it as easy as possible to put into a car trunk The basket holds 8 pounds, can easily toss whatever you need in there like keys, water bottle, hand sanitizer, etc. Long distance, it states it goes up to 25 miles, but I have not tested it that far You can use either trigger pull to make it move, using your left or right hand, making this ideal for those with disabilities that can affect one side of the body if you ever need to switch hands to operate the lever Long battery life— Like really long!!! Bright headlight- no worries about no one seeing me at night/when it’s dark outside. Relatively lightweight for what this product is. It can be put into the back of an SUV and the handles underneath make the transition smoother. 3 speed settings and very easy to control with the lever. The scooter goes up to 6MPH and can also go as slow as needed as well. The dial on the scooter makes it easy to change speed control. Armrests can move up and down Compact, no issue maneuvering in stores when needed The volume on the scooter can be turned down to a low volume, or it can be turned off completely I keep it on the lowest volume setting as it warns people when you are backing up. Very durable, it seems. I will update as I continue to use it, I did manage to attach a backpack to the back which the Glashow Mobility Scooter tech representative told me i could if i could figure out how, it would just add weight and potentially slow the scooter down if it had a lot of weight, but I have not noticed any issues with that Great customer service from Glashow, real people, who can answer your questions in real time during the week when their hours are open. I also like that it’s sleek, and as a young person, I don’t feel quite as awkward using a mobility aid. The cons: The tires require inflation and maintenance which requires you to purchase something to inflate the tires with, that being said, I’ve gone over some very uneven outside without an issue *Could* be damaged by nails on ground if you come across any The tires squeak when you turn inside The wheel is a bit hard to turn Nowhere to hang a backpack Takes a while to charge if the battery is drained, but that’s not a huge concern for me since I plug it in overnight Need somewhere to buy a custom seat cover to keep it nice Needs a light option on the back of the scooter Needs more places where you can attach things like a water bottle holder, or a purse on the side, as a lot of people with disabilities do need somewhere to have quick access to a medical bag I have no complaints, just suggestions on how to better the device if it were ever updated.

It has a number of good features; it is easy to manage, to load, etc. It drives easily and the battery lasts quite a while. However, the seat is not comfortable, nor adjustable. I am only 5’7”, and the legroom is tight. It’s not horrible, but after a while I found myself wishing for highway pegs. But it is well made, and sturdy. The only thing that I wish I had known is the turning radius. It is impossible to use in switchback lines, such as in airports and theme parks. I would not have purchased it had I known. Every time I got to the turns, my wife had to lift the front end and drag it until I could make the turn. Wish I had purchased a 3-wheeler.

I bought this to use outdoors in my neighborhood when my knees started aching from walking my young Jack Russell terrier. I researched electric bikes, trikes, scooters and personal mobility vehicles so that I can keep taking my dog out for an energetic trot, without injuring myself. This scooter has fit the bill perfectly. It's compact and sleek, so the leash doesn't tangle on extraneous parts. The acceleration/brake paddles allow for easy one hand, operation, leaving my other hand free to handle a retractable dog leash. The low center of gravity keeps her excited tugs from pulling me over. It's fun! Fast (1-day) delivery with no assembly other than unfold and lock into position, made for quick ability to acquire and get rolling. It's working out perfectly for my needs. I would like if I could disable the (kind of loud) voice commands on REVERSE and I occasionally want it to go slightly faster than the 6-mph maximum - but it's a mobility device not a road vehicle, so the limitation is understandable. It seems too small for my 6'5" husband to comfortably squeeze onto, but I'm 5'10" tall and have high hopes that Maizie and I will be racking up quite a few miles "jogging" this summer here in New England.

I had the thing 3days and it was just to heavy for me to use. I started a return had it packed exactly how it came and was picked up the next day February 19th. The package was received at their warehouse within a few days February 22nd and the return said "Refund issued March 9th" then on March 9th is changed to "March 12th" then on March 12th it said "March 17th". They have received the scooter back ups code says so Amazon says so but they won't refund me. I don't recommend unless you know for sure this is the scooter for you because you won't be able to get your money back even if you send it back. Scooter was very nice and folds down small but is to heavy for anyone disabled to lift. So if you won't be lifting it yourself I recommend it.
