I purchased the giraffe metal winding hose reel which is really well made, but unfortunately made the mistake of using my old hose, which was stiff and leaking at the connections despite tightening. Since I was happy with the giraffe product, I ordered this hose which was reasonably priced and and pleased with the overall construction. It is quite flexible but does not kink and the end connections are very heavy duty. So I am pleased with this purchase and hopefully it will last for numerous years.

We have a hose faucet that is difficult to reach due to some shrubbery. We bought this hose so we could attach our heavy duty garden hose to it using a shut off valve to connect the 2 hoses. We feel confident that the water pressure, which is always on in this new hose, will not cause any leaks. So convenient to just walk over to the connecting valve, open it and have water filling our hose.

This heavy-duty hose was what I needed to run from the bib to the raised garden so we could attach our drip hoses. It was the perfect amount of hose, and heavy enough to not let the elements get to it. It came with all the gaskets needed, easy to install, and won't kink. The color was chosen to stand out from the grass. A great value for the money as compared to the local box stores.

I found it to be well built, high quality. The only issue to me was it was hard for me to connect to the faucet. I connect and unconnect every time I use it. For me it doesn't spin easy and hard to get a good grip to connect. I found it easy to use if I used pliers. It still is a good hose.

I'm 76 and gardening is a hobby and I've had a lot of hoses over the years, but this is without a doubt the best one. It's pliable when the weather is cold, doesn't kink, the hose fittings swivel. All of that and it looks/feels substantial and looks great. A lot of value for the money.

This thing literally does the opposite of what it says regarding kinks- needed a budget hose, got this and for no reason it folds up, kinks in multiple places and then when I try to wrap it up, it’s like it literally fights back and folds up in the opposite direction. Going to shop for a new one- get what you pay for I guess. Other than, it works; it’s a hose, but it’s not kink free
