I upgraded to the Plus+ model because the hose in the base model kept bursting after many continual uses in my field, mobile auto detailing. I'm very pleased with the unit, AND the customer service. The base model is excellent for those who use it once in a while, but the Plus+ model has the kind of soft, high pressure hose I need for my line of work. I'm glad I upgraded. This is a very beautiful and beneficial piece of fine machinery. It replaces the hose reel and pressure washer set up, especially if you have limited room in your mobile detail unit. And the retractable reel, all in one, unit is awesome! Very pleased. I'm going to getting a detail shop soon, and I'll be sure to use these units in every station.

I purchase this once and after mounting it to the wall, it leaked and the wand wouldn't accept the spray tips. I contacted giraffe but there was a slight delay in the response so I just sent back via Amazon. The return was very painless and Giraffe reached out to me and was very apologetic. The new one works like it should and am happy with the return process and with Giraffe. I will be ordering another for my home, but i will get the stronger PSI one. The hose does seem to kink easy but a pro model does the same thing.

As the title says. I really wanted this to work. We have this same unit at work so I had used it several times so I decided that I would install one at home in the garage. Very easy to install, which I guess is one good point. Upon first use after a few short minutes the unit made a loud noise and started spitting water everywhere. I took the panel off the left side and realized the inner hose that goes to the pump had completely busted. I was willing to contact support who also was very nice and helpful and was going to send out a replacement hose. The next day at work, the exact same thing happened to the one there. At this point I decided I should send it back as it’s not worth the hassle if thing is going to constantly break. Hope others don’t have this issue but seems like it’s too good to be true. Side note I don’t ever post bad reviews, I just wish I would have read some before purchasing. Update as of 11/24/22 Giraffe tools reached out to me with their excellent customer service. They actually sent me another new unit and seems to work great. I’ll also have the interior hose that they sent as back up just in case it happens again. Planning on running this a while and then will update my review in a few months. Went from 1 to 4 stars simply because they worked very hard to make this right and it is a good washer.

Purchased this power washer for the purposes of washing our vehicles. I mounted it in our enclosed, heated shop with drains so we can clean in the comfort of the heat or A/C in the summer. Its power is sufficient for the task but wouldn't be enough for tough jobs. It's nice that there's only one hose to worry about and no electric cords. The only complaint I have is how loud it is. In the closed-up shop, the whine of the motor is uncomfortably loud. Otherwise, a pretty good, neat looking power washer.

Just received this pressure washer this weekend and so far I love it! Easy to install and operate…I mounted it under my covered walkway to the garage so it won’t get wet and since I’m in Houston it can be easily lifted off it’s mount and stored for those rare freezes…

Good unit. Not too powerful but good for car washing. When retracting the hose, it does not roll evenly and will get too clumped up and stops retracting. I need to retract the hose very slowly and manually direct the roll pattern.

This pressure washer is great when it actually works. The two biggest complaints I have is the hose is the cheapest in the world, it kinks easily. They should maybe make the hose a little shorter so they can give you a better quality hose, a 100 foot hose is great but I would rather a better quality 75 footer. The other big issue is that when you let go of the trigger to reposition yourself it takes minimum of a minute or more for the pump to actually kick back on, so you sit there holding the trigger and nothing happens for what seems like ages. Maybe I have a defective unit or that is how it is. I will reach out to the manufacturer to find out. Update to original review After seeing my previous review the company actually reached out to replace my unit after asking me to send them a short video of the issue it was having. They ended up sending me out a replacement unit for free. The new unit does work properly so I will update my review to a 4 star mainly because the hose is still cheap a anything and still easily kinks. But the customer service was very easy to deal with.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this June 13, 2022 after using my son in law’s (He had same problem and got a replacement wand). A month and half later, my wand springs leaks as you can see in the video. Been dealing with customer service for months and still no replacement. I love the convenience and when all is ok, it works great. I have a bunch of other Giraffe hose products with no problem, but this time that I have a problem, I have not received a replacement wand that was under warranty. 01-03-23 UPDATE: Due to supply chain delays is the reason it took so long to receive my replacement pressure washer wand. But I finally received it and it is working as good as my other 2 Giraffe Pressure Washers.
