100/100 I had something like this and ended up giving it to my son . . so I had to get a new one . . . THIS one to be precise. It’s a BIG unit. Bigger than my old one both in size and power capacity. Of course, some of the size is because my old one didn’t have a compressor. THIS one DOES! As for power, it’s a little larger capacity than my old one and it was fine for my V-8 Chevy Work Truck. So, I’m sure this one will do the job. I haven’t needed to try it yet . . (knock wood) I DID use the compressor to top up a low tire. It worked fine. Connect the hose, set the psi, and press the button. When the pressure hits the point set, it turns off. Unhook the hose and store the unit. Ultimately, is it worth the price? When you need it . . . it’s priceless. So, YES! ... show more

First off, I want to mention that this portable jump starter and compressor combo is easily portable and quite functional. It can do one or the other really well, and it can do both at the same time not so well. What I'm saying is, you'd better hope that you don't need to jump start your car AND inflate a zero pressure tire at the same time, because you'll only get so far with the compressor (or not enough juice for a jump). There is one feature that I don't like on this, however, and that is the percentage battery meter. As you can see in the images that I've provided, the round gauge tells you approximately how much battery charge is remaining, but there is also a percentage symbol in the middle - which does absolutely NOTHING to tell me what the percentage is! Why couldn't it just be a number so that I know it's 73% or 85%? Instead it just displays % inside of the circular bars. Not a great design, guys. Otherwise, the charger itself is easy to use, straightforward operation, and functional. The jumper cables can only be plugged in one way onto the starter, and the clamps are clearly labeled red and black for positive and negative. The compressor is the same, easy to use and not much could go wrong. These are vital when on the road, especially when off road or on long trips, I recommend these types of devices for everyone. ... show more

    • My life saver
We had a big snow storm and i couldn't get my car out for days. Finally i got all the snow and ice cleared out. This morning i had to go into the office and found out my car couldn't started. 5 o'clock in the morning in a super cold weather, my old jump starter didn't work and i just received this brand new jump starter and had not open the box to charge. But, it was my last resort before i need to call AAA. To my surprise, this jump starter has everything in the box including a carrying case. Once i plugged the cable in, the battery level showed more than 85% and just one try, my car started right away. Final verdict: it is small but powerful. Easy to use/operate. The enclosed hard case is a plus, i keep it in my trunk and don't have to worry about a thing. Highly recommended to have one in your car in case of emergency. ... show more

First, I will say I have not tested the jumper aspect of this which is the primary reason for this item so I can’t speak to its effectiveness. However, from what I could tell everything worked right out of the box. The air pump is pretty impressive. I have another portable battery air pump and it was nowhere near as strong as this one, so that I can speak to as being very effective. You’re not going to want to inflate a completely flat tire unless you want to sit for a long time and give the pump breaks every 5 minutes so it doesn’t overheat, but it does work very well and should be perfect for adjustments that are minor to moderate. Otherwise, everything else was in working order. Nice product, decent price, and I’m hoping I never have to use anything more than the air compressor! ... show more

    • Worked when I needed it!
I picked this up as a safety backup because even though I always carry cables, there may not always be another car around. Well. I want expecting to need it so soon, but with the recent cold snap; my battery has decided to let me know it’s done. I didn’t even charge it when I pulled it out of the box, but it had enough juice from the manufacture to fire my car up on the first try. I can’t speak to the air compressor feature, but I’m glad I got this for an emergency jump! ... show more

    • Well appointed jump starter and compressor
I have four of these jump starters. This is the only one I have with a compressor on it, which is handy for refilling tires. Of course, it can function as a power bank, useful for on the road. As a jump starter, it's on the weaker side so it won't jump a dead battery...but most of them won't. However, this pricepoint is a bit too high for what this is. It's a good 50-60% higher than even my strongest powered one. That being said, it's very well appointed and has a very easy to read layout and good instructions. ... show more

My husband drives an older Toyota so I am often worried about him breaking down and not having the tools needed to get going again somewhere in the middle of nowhere. So I ordered this kit for him and now I can relax knowing he has so many tools in this small little machine. If he gets a flat tire, a dead battery, or some other weird road disaster. This little machine is very easy to read when you need the numbers, has a great flashlight in case you break down at night, and a very large battery capacity - it says you can start a ship with it, well I have not tried that :-) but I am sure it will start an old Rav4. Hubby says maybe it will even start a tank. It is costly to get this piece of mind, but it is well worth it. The quality of this machine (it has so many features, I don't know what exactly to call it) is well worth the money. We both recommend it. ... show more

This is a great tool to have in every vehicle. It can jump start a car, air up a tire, and charge your devices. Great for an emergency situation. The light is wimpy and pretty much ineffective. But besides that, this is a very useful tool. The case is nice to have in order to keep the cables and pneumatic lines with the unit.
