    • No quality control
Upon arrival, 3 of the 4 nuts that hold the propane connection valve in place had come off in shipment. This caused the bracket to bend and warp. I bent it back in place and reattached the nuts after locating them in the bottom of the box. 2 of the screws that hold the side panels in place were stripped as well. Needless to say, I will not purchase another item made by this company again nor would I recommend them. ... show more

    • Worked great, buy only for one year
The media could not be loaded. Works and looks great with this input: you need to place it on the ground, not a tabletop. Then the heat is the perfect height for a person standing or sitting. The smaller heat output of this heater is actually better than the 6 ft tall pyramid heaters because of the height relation to a person sitting. My negative experience is that after 12 months the thermocouple went bad and the closest replacement I could find didn’t fit. Also the spark ignition wiring insulation went bad so the spark wouldn’t light the pilot light and I had to use matches. So I had to throw it out and bought a new one.     • Great heat distribution, but has quality issues
Love the heat this unit provides. The panels' fit and finish is a little rough, and the igniter arrived non-functioning: you can hear the clicking, but the spark does not occur at the tip of the igniter. I don't think I would recommend this particular unit. Respectfully submitted.

    • Not so easy to assemble and not worth it at all
Hard to assemble and takes a lot of propane for less then two hour of burning Heat is not distributed evenly, not worth it all!
