This is a post workout supplement. I saw some users complaining it doesn't give you a pump. It's not supposed to give you a pump. It's a post workout BCAA supplement. The taste is pretty good. But I am concerned about the dye the manufacturer uses in the product. I used the product in a clear shaker bottle once and it permanently stained the bottle. I've never seen this from a BCAA supplement. I will be looking for a different supplement in the future.
