Been using this product for a couple weeks now and have been noticing a difference. Muscle size has seemed to increase with the helping of drinking a lot of water. Mixes well to avoid a gritty texture and has no taste. A simple clean creatine that is priced well also. This product does not come with a scoop but I knew that before buying.

I been using ON Micronized Creatine for a while now and it’s always been solid. I use to buy the Fruit Punch flavor all the time but can’t seem to find it anywhere lately. Grabbed this one instead and it’s still pretty good. Taste is smooth and way better than the raw unflavored creatine (if you can’t stomach that one, this is the way to go). Only thing tho, this one didn’t come with a scoop like my other ones did. Not sure if it’s just this flavor or what. All in all, still good quality as always from Optimum Nutrition. Mixes easy, does what it suppose to do. Just wish they bring back the Fruit Punch and include the scoop again. 💪

Love the packaging of this creatine. One thing I am hoping is the measure scoop, I need to use my kitchen’s measure scoop (1 teaspoons) per day. Besides the measure spoon, so far I love it. Good choice to mix it with protein shake or electrolytes or organic super greens etc. Notes: If you are like me who never take creatine before, and want to take it on a daily basis, the first few days will cause you to have diarrhea.
