After a few weeks of use, I have mixed it with hot and cold drinks, water, smoothies, juices, and iced tea, and it works well in most cases. The main downside is mixability. It can take some time and effort to fully dissolve, and occasionally some powder is left over. Personally, this isn’t a big issue for me, and I sometimes just drink it as is, but it’s something to keep in mind. Pros: - Truly unflavored - Works with many types of drinks - Good overall value Cons: - Doesn’t dissolve easily Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a simple creatine supplement. If you care a lot about perfect mixability, you may want to consider other options or non-powder forms.

Man, these are truly the best! I tried going with a cheaper brand and it gave me nausea and bloating, I went back to this Optimum Nutrition one and I feel great!!! And as a woman, I feel like it gives me that slight edge in increasing my muscle in the gym, but I also think I get neurological benefits (mental clarity, attention). They are large but totally easy and fine to take, beats taking gritty powdery drinking kind. Capsules are best! Definitely recommend, 10/10 product!
