I’m usually tentative to trust claims made by supplement companies, but I have to admit as a 60 year old male that was really struggling with soreness and recovery after workouts and sometimes requiring 48 hrs of recovery, I now have seen a dramatic improvement with recovery and I’m now able to go on a 2 days on 1 day off schedule and if necessary 3 days on with no struggles.
