It’s a pure creatine monohydrate powder (micronized) that mixes easily (no weird taste or clumps) and is unflavoured, which I like since I just stir it into water or my post-workout shake. Here’s what works for me: Each serving provides about 5 g of creatine monohydrate in some versions, which is in line with common effective dosages. It’s HPLC-tested, third-party verified, giving me more confidence in purity and quality. I noticed a difference in my workouts: more strength, a bit more ease pushing through reps, and slightly better recovery the day after heavy lifting. added this creatine to my routine a few months back and the strength gains came quicker than i thought they would. the powder is super fine so it mixes really easily into my shake and you honestly cant taste it at all which is a big plus for me. 80 servings is a great deal because the tub lasts a really long time and i dont have to constantly reorder it. if youre serious about training and havent tried creatine yet this is a solid place to start.
