  • Great for the price
I've been using this creatine consistently, and it's been exactly what I was looking for. The powder is very fine, mixes well with water or a protein shake, and has no taste, making it easy to take every day. I also appreciate that it's pure creatine monohydrate with no unnecessary fillers or additives. The 500g bag lasts a long time, so it's a great value for the price. I've been happy with the quality and consistency, and it has become a staple in my daily routine. If you're looking for a straightforward, effective creatine supplement, I would definitely recommend this one. ... show more

  • Pure, Effective, and Best Value for Money
I’ve been using BulkSupplements.com Creatine Monohydrate for several months now, and it has consistently outperformed more expensive branded versions I’ve tried in the past. Why I Recommend It: Insane Value: You are paying for the supplement, not fancy marketing or a plastic tub. Buying in bulk saves a significant amount of money over time. Purity: It’s a clean, single-ingredient powder with no fillers, flavors, or artificial sweeteners. It’s perfect if you want to control exactly what goes into your body. Mixability: The micronized powder is incredibly fine. It dissolves easily in water, protein shakes, or even my morning coffee without leaving that "gritty" sand-like texture at the bottom. Results: Since starting this, I’ve noticed a definite increase in my explosive power during heavy lifts and better muscle fullness. Pro-Tip: Because it comes in a resealable pouch, I recommend transferring it to a dedicated airtight container or an old supplement tub once you open it. The powder is very fine, and this makes daily scooping much cleaner! The Bottom Line: If you want a lab-tested, effective creatine that hits your fitness goals without hitting your wallet, this is the one. ... show more

  • Simple, Effective Creatine
This is exactly what I want from a creatine supplement: pure creatine monohydrate with no unnecessary ingredients. The powder mixes well, has no noticeable taste, and is easy to add to water, a protein shake, or any other drink. I've used it consistently as part of my workout routine and appreciate the value for the amount you receive. If you're looking for a straightforward, unflavored creatine from a reputable brand, this is a solid choice. ... show more

  • Great product. Sucky pouch.
I like this creatine because it works, is cost effect, and has a great texture that dissolves cleanly in warm water. I HATE the "resealable" pouch it comes in. It doesn't close at all. I literally have to tape it closed after each use.

  • Quality product
BulkSupplements create high quality products but sadly I had to stop taking this Creatine Monohydrate Powder because it affects my already damaged stomach (long term corrosive medication use). My son has been taking this product without side effects for several months and it’s been giving him energy during long work hours. That’s why I tried it too, hoping for more energy. The powder was tasteless to me, easy blended in my drink without clumping. ... show more

  • Great product
To preface, I'm a woman in my early 30s. I've never used plain creatine before, but I really like this stuff. It has good consistency throughout in terms of texture, and it's just the one ingredient (I got the unflavored creatine). I only do around ~5g (estimated; I marked on the scooper where it's around 5g by weight after I weighed it out, so that's what I take) when I do take it, which is with my pre-workout. I'm not trying to get absolutely yolked, I'm using it for regular muscle growth, development, and recovery. I like it overall, I haven't had any negative side effects and it blends really well with my pre-workout. My recovery time seems improved when I use it. I've also mixed it with my protein shakes and it blends really well with that, too. As for side effects, I haven't noticed any, and I've been taking this since November 2024. I haven't noticed any changes in sleep quality, my hormones, or my mood, but again, I don't take it daily. I may shift to taking it daily and see if it makes a difference. If I do that and notice a difference, then I'll come back and update this review. :) A reminder also for anyone new to creatine: make sure you increase your water intake with it. Regular activity: For women, general consensus seems to be around 2 liters a day, and for men it's around 3 liters a day. When more active: For men and women, you could need more depending on your activity level and needs; you know your body best, so listen to it. When you add creatine into your diet, it's recommended to increase your water intake to support creatine synthesizing, as it requires water to do so. If you're taking creatine and start struggling with muscle cramps, it may be due to dehydration from the aforementioned synthesizing, and your kidneys have extra waste they need to flush out, so they need the water, too. Listen to your body, drink water as needed. :) It helps to read up on creatine too if you're new to it, familiarize yourself with how it works, what to expect, potential side effects, pros, cons, what to do/how much to take if you're going to do maintenance creatine vs how much to take/what to do if you're going to be going through creatine-loading, etc. There's lots of resources online; there's one by Transparent Labs that explains it more and talks about water intake, the article aptly titled, "How Much Water to Drink with Creatine: A Practical Guide." This product is great though, highly recommend, give it a go. :) Get them gains! ... show more

  • Creatine works!
Of the thousands of supplements available today there are few more effective for me as creatine. I feel lucky to be one of many creatine responders, especially after reading it was not effective for some. Like the earth our body and muscles are made up with water. Creatine gives your body/muscles the ability to absorb more water and get bigger. Bigger muscles can translate into becoming stronger. For me it takes 2 dosing per day of creatine for about 5 days to feel fully absorb in my body. There is a lot of discussion as to when is the best time to take creatine and I think right after an intense workout or sometimes I take it the last 1/2hour of my workout just to change things up with my body. What works for me is taking creatine once per day after I start initially taking creatine. Once, first thing in the morning with a little shot of cranjuice on an empty stomach non workout day or towards the end of my workout or directly after my workout (late afternoon) on workout days. How you determine how much creatine to take is always subjective. Many years ago discovered I would get the "runs" when taking too much. After a lot of trial and error I take a level tablespoon after working out or 1/2 tablespoon first thing in the morning. My muscles feel fuller and I believe it also assists in aiding in recovering. I'm very happy with the texture of this creatine it dissolves effortlessly and in my opinion has zero taste. One issue with creatine is it will make you retain water so if you are in cutting phase of your body building cycle you have to consider eliminating creatine sooner or later or risk looking slightly bloated. For me, my body will get used to creatine and it is not as effective after about 3 months so it's best to cycle off a month. There are people who use it all year long. I've read it highly recommended to drink a lot of water and I concur. Drinking a lot of other liquids like coffee, tea, soda, beer and juices won't be as effective. Easily 90% of my liquid input each day is water. Learn to love water. After trying then cycling off Kre-Alkalyn I'm using bulk pure micronized mono creatine and I'm very satisfied so far with the results. What can give a true supplement like creatine a bad rep is expecting this super high level result as it is often advertised. Creatine works with extremely hard work. I've got to point out it was funny the pricing. They make it very easy to buy larger/largest quantities of this which I plan to do going forward. UPDATED: 3/29/2014 - purchased kilo! ... show more

  • Great value and quality, poor packaging
As with all of the bulk supplement bagged products I've tried, the powder was fine but the packaging was problematic. The powder mixed well, had digestive issues similar to any other creatine product (i.e. I have to break up my dosages to avoid issues), and produced the desired effects. However, the bag's zipper never seems to seal well, resulting in moisture getting in and the powder forming into hard clumps by the time I reach the bag's midway point. The powder remains usable, but requires an extra effort to break up the clumps before measuring out a portion (have to be extra thorough to avoid exceeding my desired dosage too). The value and quality are five star, but the packaging knocks it down to a three star for me. ... show more
