I'd been subscribed to this product for several months, thought it was tasty, but it never actually DID anything. "Ok, maybe that's how creatine hits?" Then, just heard on Attia that there was a study done revealing that most of the creatine gummy brands on the market contain about 0% actual creatine. This aligns with the feeling of euphoria I got from taking ACTUAL powdered creatine monohydrate (for the very first time) before a workout just now. Immediately dropped my subscription to this and will be doubling down on the real powdered version from a reputable brand. I'd suggest everyone reflect on your experience with this product to unpack how many of the 5 stars you rated it came from the sugar rush of taking a gummy that didn't work. And maybe reevaluate. Then go suck it up and buy real creatine monohydrate in powdered form from someone who knows what they're doing. And feel the real difference in your workout.

I’m 58 and was starting to feel achy in the mornings and sort of worn out in the afternoons. I just figured it’s aging and there’s nothing to do about it. Well,I started taking this creatine and I have my energy back and aches are gone!! I’m not making this up, I swear!! I was told to take 3 gummies but I’ve only been taking two and the effects are amazing. They are big gummies, soft and chewy. The flavor is ok but has an aftertaste that isn’t awesome. The aftertaste doesn’t linger though. These were pricy but I will get them again. They are easy to pop a few in the morning and the quality seems very high. I recommend this to anyone feeling old. It might make a difference to you as well!!!
