    • No after care or replacement!! Bad engineering

The machine arrived with rust on it, the company sent me another tower to replace the one with the rust, after 15 months, one button got dislocated, the motors still working but you can’t turn on the machine without it! It’ now just a useless heavy motor sitting in my bedroom that hard to get rid of (it’s very heavy). I contacted the company several times in the past 2 years here and via their website but they don’t have new parts for this machine anymore (you cannot just put the button back you have to change the whole part in the middle that has all the screens and Control panel which what I call a bad engineering) they gave me a number of a guy that might have the replacement part, he texted me back saying that he might have that part, so, I’ve got some hopes, it feels awful to throw out such a working powerful motor just because of a small button, it’s also not so environmentally friendly, then he stopped answering my texts! I regret buying this machine! There is way cheaper machine and way more well-made with better after care. How could they sell such an expensive machine with relatively new technology then stop having its parts. I was more than willing to pay for the replacement and the installment (they told me I have to find somebody to install it if they find me the replacement part) to save such an expensive purchase and make it work again but there’s none! I would go with a cheaper machine with less strong motors but well made engineering instead of strong motors that you cannot turn on because of bad engineering ... show more
