I needed a new chair that would hold up my heavier body than regular chairs. This one is perfect and was affordable. The color is great and was not too difficult to assemble. It doesn’t recline but I don’t need it.

Over all I like the chair so far. Time will tell if it is worth the money. There are three issues I have with it. 1. The #1 bracket piece is vaguely shown in the instructions with no words to describe how to attach the back rest with the seat. You have to place it so the bracket curves under the seat. And you have to place the bracket within the seat mechanism so that you are screwing through the seat plate into the back rest plate. The seat plate isn't threaded, so the seat has to be between the bolt head and the back rest plate. (See pics) 2. The seat doesn't lean forward enough. I feel more comfortable sitting a bit more forward. 3. The lumbar support is uncomfortable. It projects out too far.

The media could not be loaded. Sturdy and comfortable - there is a fifth leg you have to place onto base, plastic is thick and directions aren’t clear about how to put on. Took a bit to figure out how to place leg onto the base and still needed FIRM PRESSURE to secure into place. Once that part is over the rest is a breeze. Also I feel the fifth leg really adds much support to the chair. I suggest screwing the arm onto the chair body first - the arm is flexible so it makes it much easier for placement on the seat. The massager is wired so keep that in mind when setting up chair. 8/10 set up 10/10 comfort 9/10 mobility (wired massager hinders certain movements) Overall this chair is well worth the price.

I’m rating the chair 5 stars because it’s nice and comfy however out of the box I realized that some things were wrong with the chair already. Not sure if this was on purpose or not. Firstly, the part on the side of the chair that connects the arm rests with the back was not cut out for me to put the bolt into so I had to literally cut into the chairs fabric to get to the part. Luckily you don’t see it because the arm rest covers it. Not sure if the fabric wasn’t cut out because people use the chair without arm rests or what. Secondly, the chair did not have threads where the bolt goes to connect the back of the chair to the seat part so I had to go out and buy nuts just to keep it in place as they were not provided. Honestly the quality of the chair is pretty nice. It feels high end but it feels like I was D.I.Y-ing some of the chair as well. Not sure if others have this but that’s just how my chair came.

the chair is good but dont even think that the back support has nothng more then a small rumble moter just like an xbox controller so dont expect any thing from that part.
