I was really excited to get this robot for my kids. They were playing with it as soon as it was done charging. I would say it’s a great starter robot. Its quite simple, but still comes with a lot of features. He’s very well built. The robot dances, tells stories, and can move in all directions. What we didn’t like: - The robot functions best on smooth floors or rugs. So if you have a carpet that isn’t smooth, Carle will be falling all over the place. -The volume is LOUD. So if you’re sensitive to loud noises, be aware. There’s a volume control button on the remote controller that comes with the robot, but it doesn’t work very well. I have to push it several times before it registers that I’m trying to turn the volume up or down. All the other buttons work good. Just not the volume. We haven’t tested the Bluetooth function yet, but I will update my review as soon as I do. I don’t think I would purchase this robot again for the price, but as I said before it would make a great starter robot. I would say it’s best suitable for ages 3-8.

The media could not be loaded. My son wanted a robot...we searched high and low trying to find something- until we landed on this, come to find out he didn't want an actual robot but something else, but he Absolutly loves this and all of its functions. I had some fun with it dancing to Tupac, it's a cool item with great battery life.

The charging port stopped working after about 3 months. With lots of wiggling and laying in down at just the right angle can get it to charge but very frustrating. Overall it moves and it makes noises but not impressed with interaction for the price.

I purchased one for my four year-old grandson and five-year-old granddaughter for Christmas. These were not their “big“ gifts, but ended up being one of their favorites. I have many gifts that ended up not actually being opened or played with because they were both so engaged with this robot. Even the adults had fun. Worth every penny for the on sale price of $99.
