Easy to put together. The seat cushion is harder than I expected but it’s ok bc I still long times for work. The massage pillow is loud but functional. I appreciate the neck and back support. Decent chair for the price.

I enjoyed my first one so much that I bought a second one to use at my work. When I got my first chair, I used it for maybe a month for computer gaming and was very satisfied with the comfort of long sits including a 4 hour session with some friends. Normally with other chairs I would be shifting around after the first hour or so due to discomfort (ex. too hot, discomfort from lack of seat cushioning, bad back support if any). With this chair, however, I was completely relaxed and comfortable. No getting hot, great seat cushioning, the adjustable curved back is perfect, and the massaging lumbar was very relaxing. This chair's arm rest are comfortable as well. They connect firmly to the chair frame and seat frame as well as adjust with the chair when reclining. Also unlike other chairs with armrest these do not make you feel trapped. It is very spacious between the armrest and the seat is bigger than most other desk and or gaming chairs. In fact he length and width of the seat is roughly 19 inches. The space between the armrest is 19.5 inches at the back and 20.5 inches in the front. Truth be told I reclined the chair and had the foot rest out and took a nap in it because it was so comfortable. Now the reason why I got a second one of this chair for work is the due to the back rest. While it can in fact recline it also has a very firm and supportive upright position. At my job I sit at a desk sometimes and am need to bend over to inspect or put together units which in a loose chair or hard backed chair this leads to bad very bad and aching sitting postures. Well thanks to this chair, its firm up right position, and the movable lumbar support I now have a work chair that not only comforts my back it supports my back even when I am hunched over. After about a month of using this chair at my work..... I can not stress enough of just how much this chair has helped my sitting posture while working! Also I would like to say again that this chair and fabric do not get all that hot (my workplace can sometimes get very hot inside due to the various machine and tools we use). Now for some minor cons: The lumbar support while comfortable does not have a way to secure it to the chair (no strap or velcro). The way to use it is by plugging the power USB cord into either the computer or a USB outlet though the cord is not all that long (about 4ft) so you need to stay close to the power source. There is not a power switch and or intensity adjuster it is always on and at a mild vibration when plugged in. That said the device is in a padded cushion with a zipper on back that you tuck the cord away and the longest part of the cord can detach making storage or moving away from source easy. (I have included pictures of said support) Another minor con is the head rest cushion. While it is comfortable and sits at just the right spot... its not very stable. While it does a have a strap, the top of the chair is short and curves in so the strap sits alittle loose. So for a final note is that this chair was super SUPER quick and easy to put together. Maybe 30 minutes and I had it fully put together. Fair warning the only part I had slight trouble with was installing the foot rest. The directions do not say but you need to make sure the bar housing that you mount under the chair is flush and straight otherwise when you go to install the actual foot rest it will not fit. That being said this was a minor issue but it is worth mentioning seeing as how the instructions do not tell you about it.

Very Easy to put together! Comfortable! I wish the cord on the massage pillow was longer, but, that's not A chair problem, that's A house design problem, lol. Needs breaking in to be more comfortable, like new shoes. But, that's not an issue.
