I originally bought this for my teething puppy but my staffy also really enjoys this toy! I was first afraid that they wouldn’t enjoy it because of the appearance of the toy (it’s a lil thick) but after 30 mins, they were all happy about it. It seems to be a perfect size. My staffy can rip and tear through anything and toys never ever last but this thing has lasted for such a long time, seems to be very durable which is rare for me to find, i would say it’s great for the price! I’ve had this for a couple of months and both my dogs enjoy these toys, i really do believe that it helps them with anxiety and calmness. Our 16 mo old Border Collie mix loves chewing, especially random sticks she finds in our yard (or tears from our trees). We've tried other versions of this chew toy and, while she prefers the Dogwood flavor most of all, she also enjoys gnawing on this Mesquite flavor on occasion. We are just happy it means she generally leaves the rest of the plants alone!

My dog loves benebones so I tried this chew. It’s similar to benebones in terms of durability and I like that it didn’t stink. This isn’t the fault of the chew, but I did have to take this away from my dog because he thought he could eat the pieces that come off as he chewed, and he ended up eating some and puking one night. But as long as your dog doesn’t do that and you watch them with it, this seems like a decent chew

If your dog loves chewing on everything they can get their paws on they'll love this stick! I own a malinois that's always chewing on things he's not suppose to do I get him toys to redirect him. The problem is most chew toys don't last long. This chew keeps him busy for hours with getting completely destroyed!

My dog is a powerful chewer, he has destroyed nearly every toy in a matter of minutes. This toy is nice to give him to chew when I need him to be distracted for a while. However the chew is very hard so dogs run the risk of breaking teeth on this toy if left to chew unsupervised. I would use this toy if you are going to be watching your pet. Also would like to note that tiny sharp pieces do shred off the toy and will litter wherever your dogs chew this toy!
