Wheel broke within 2 weeks of using the chair Edit: Connection point for right arm to bottom portion of the chair broke off inside of the bottom part resulting in the arm being loose and moving around. I thought this was going to be a great gift for my gamer fiance! At first look and unboxing we put it together and it looked amazing. I even bought the 2 year warranty protection if something breaks or goes wrong. But guess what? This chair started squeaking and making so much noise the first month of use. But then second month the right arm rest broke off and the seat on the right side broke and bent! I’ve tried many times to contact the warranty company that I’ve paid extra for and NO ONE ever gets back to me it’s non existent! I do NOT recommend this product. There’s no way for me to get a refund on it either. It’s just overall terrible quality for what you pay for and a terrible quality overall. Super uncomfortable and made of cheap material.
