The media could not be loaded. *Very easy to assemble & comes w/instructions, as well as a tool.* I like this chair, especially for the price. It fulfills my needs and looks nice. Only real complaints would be that there are some sloppy/loose threads (pictured) and a tiny hole in the fabric in one spot (pictured where there was a weird gooey mark that I cleaned off later), but not a big deal. Lumbar support doesn’t attach but I low key prefer it this way. I haven’t tried the “massager” yet, but I had a similar chair before and I’m guessing it just vibrates. Chair is decently comfortable and I can manage to sit cross-legged as a 5’7.7” woman. Not large enough for very tall or heavy-set individuals if you want to be extra comfy. Foot rest is small but you can extend it a decent amount and I think it gets the job done. Could slide in and out smoother. Items were protected with styrofoam, bubble wrap & plastic. ... show more

this was overall surprisingly easy to assemble, came with clear instructions that made putting the thing together take no time at all. this chair is good on my back and the leather is nice and high quality. the chair feels really sturdy. would buy again!

Sadly the box arrived with one corner open and the gas lift piece was missing so the chair was inoperable. The only option was to return. Otherwise the quality and color of the chair looked great and I was really looking forward to using it. Debating on whether to buy another one and take my chances again.
