I absolutely love this chair! The multi function lights to the massager, it’s a great chair to use in my office. The first chair I ordered, half the lights did not work. I contacted the company and we tried a step by step process to jump start the lights which unfortunately did not work. Immediately they sent me a new top and within a few days of arrival I put it together and it works! The company did not question or try to make excuses but realized these issues do happen and they made it right. That’s top notch customer service. I am sending the old top back so that they can see what happened but I do have a fully working chair that lights up, plays music and massages all during my 8 hour job. I bought a similar chair last year and had to replace it already. Crossing my fingers I bought this bad boy as a replacement. It's 50 dollars less expensive and has speakers where the other did not. So far I am in love! Right away the other chair I bought was showing problems, the seat tipped forward and was super uncomfortable - this one? No problems at all so far and it's been a couple of weeks. However, I did buy an additional seat pad and lumbar support pillow for this, because I have back pain quite often (these two things didn't help the other chair, where they absolutely enhance this one). I tested out the microphone the other day and was told I sound crystal clear. The LED lights are super bright and have multiple settings. Assembly was super easy as well. Just a side note: if you buy this and find only half of the LED lights work, try flipping the plug around. I had the same problem until I did that, seems it needs to be connected the right way for the entire chair to light up. So far so good! If this changes, I will revise this review. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Chair looked nice when I purchased it and built it although it’s been 8 months and the arm rest already broke and the other arm rest is getting loose there are cheaper chairs with higher quality this chair is over priced for the poor quality it has and they only give you 30 days warranty to return it because they know it’s going to break and fall apart on you, and yes I did followed instructions on proper build up and also I am a average size male 175lbs it shouldn’t break so easily I didn’t abuse the chair on any means, also bottom leg rest is hard to pull out and hard to push in and after the first month chair becomes extremely squeaky it’s loud to move a little and can not change position on the chair with out a loud squeak noise. ... show more

Firstly, my biggest fear with buying this chair would be that it was going to be too small. My son is 6’1” 180lbs. He fits in the chair with no issues and says it’s quite comfortable. Second fear was the speakers would be cheap and produce horrible sound. Nope! They have great quality and can get pretty loud if wanted. Third, I was concerned the lights would be cheap strips glued around the edges. Again, nope! They are in the material and are really cool to watch. My son prefers chairs with wheels on the bottom so he can adjust how he sits. There are levers to adjust height just like a computer chair, also helping with positioning.     • Wires sliced very quickly, lost its pizazz quickly

Not the best chair. A lot of “wow” value at first but loses its shine fairly quick. Very easy to assemble. Unfortunately the wires are constantly in the way and one of them got rolled over and sliced off, despite my best efforts to prevent them from dragging, after only a week or so. No proper storage space for chords when not using them. Without the special features, sadly there is nothing that special about the chair. Not the most comfortable. Cold. Child stopped using gaming/ computer desk all together once this became his “everyday” seat. I gave 3 stars just because it looks nice and if the wires don’t get sliced, twisted or in the way, then the LED’s and massage are nice. The recline goes far back and though the foot rest doesn’t extend far, it does the job. Wouldn’t want to nap in it though lol. ... show more

Great quality. Great for the price. Boys are still enjoying them and are still like brand new. They functions on them are awesome and the boys enjoy that. They are very comfortable we have had one of the boys fall asleep in it. I would recommend this chair. Awesome product!!!

I bought this chair for my son after much research but unfortunately had to return it. Almost everything about the chair was great. Everything works as advertised and it looks great too. The footrest is a bit flimsy and feels like it won't hold up over time if someone actually uses it much. The reason we returned it was due to the size of the chairs' seating surface. No one in the household is extra large or wide, my son is 6'0 180 and slim. There just wasn't enough room from side to side of the seating surface for either one of us. We felt cramped and if someone is going to spend hours at a time sitting in this chair it definitely will not be comfortable. If the chair was a little bit wider it would have been perfect, especially for the price. ... show more
