This has been pretty much exactly what I hoped. Solid, comfortable, functional. I saw a few comments mentioning it doesn't recline at all, but that isn't the case--you can lean back and it has some give (though yes, it doesn't have a built-in recline thing). The up seat height adjuster works well. Arm handles aren't adjustable in height but that hasn't been an issue for me. To be frank I find myself getting kind of sweaty on the rear end when sitting, but I think any chair that isn't some kind of mesh material on the bottom would give me the same issue. So I don't have any complaints. It's not gonna change your life but for the price, I'm plenty happy with it and will probably use it for however many years until it breaks. The chair came several days early which is always a great start. It is very easy to assemble and takes about 10 minutes. Padding is firm without being uncomfortable. I love being able to rock back and forth in the chair rather than just have the back recline. The adjustability is very good and the padding on the arms makes it very comfortable. My concern is that the wheels do not seem to roll very well and appear a lower quality than the rest of the chair. I am 5'9 and 180 lb and the chair fits me very comfortably. ... show more

I needed something not too big, this looked perfect size wise. I saw complaints about the leaning feature and the wheels before purchasing and bought it anyway. It assembled easy, looks good, the wheels do look like basic plastic wheels however they work fine as long as you’re not trying to wheel across a room, if your just moving around a desk they’re fine. The lean feature has a locking mechanism, just pull your handle into the correct position and it works fine, I did however have to loosen the tension knob quite a bit, but it works fine. This chair is surprisingly comfy and looks great. My wife says it has the right amount of soft cushioning as well as firmness which allows her to sit for several hours without feeling uncomfortable and she loves the light pink/white color too as it looks exactly like the pictures on Amazon. The adjustment options for this chair are limited to just the hight and ability to recline (which sometimes causes the chair to creak when reclining) this is to be expected with a budget chair so it’s not a big deal.
