Installation was a little scarey at first because instructions were only pictures but once I figured out the key it was a breeze from there. Chair is extremely comfortable and durable and looks just like the pic. Only thing I wished was something to connect the chair to the base. Once you lift up the chair the base will come off but its not a big thing that would cause a problem. There is a built in suprise that I didn't see advertised. When you receive the chair on the back of the chair is a cord, I wasn't sure what it was for but when you plug it into a wall block it turns the chair into a massager!!!! This chair was pretty easy to assemble, might need 2 people to put the back seat on though I struggled a bit and when it kept slipping I thought the screws was gonna strip. They did not. I had to buy a ratchet because the right flip arm rest was loose but was easy to tighten up. It's pretty comfortable but it took me a day or 2 to get used to the chair you will find your comfortable position. I like the look of the chair also. Good chair 👍 ... show more

This was super easy to assemble! Didn’t take any more than 40ish minutes and that’s only because I made the mistake of thinking I put the mechanism facing the front when I actually didn’t (pictured), but it was quick to switch it around. This chair was easy to assemble and very comfortable. The only downfall was the chemical smell. As a person with asthma, it made it worse. I can’t use it at the moment, hopefully the smell goes away.

It's a good chair but has a few issues. If you are plus size at all, the seat is not thick enough so you will need to invest in a cushion. The wheels didn't roll very well so I had to buy new better wheels. I like that I can sit there and tilt back but I found the raise/lower lever too far back and not comfortable to grab while in the chair. I love that you can raise and lower the arms. To put it together was different. The base for the wheels came in 5 pieces (legs) that you insert into a center base and screw in and then you insert the wheels. The center base and legs are metal. Wheels are plastic. Once you have the seat on the you have to screw in the arms partially into the seat and then partially into the seat back. So 2 screws into the seat and 2 screws into the back. That was a first for me but it seams sturdy enough though. So basically for 8 hour work days you will need to get a cushion and better wheels in my opinion. ... show more

Got this for a gaming chair and it’s awesome. It’s used for a work from home computer chair and a gaming chair. It provides support and easily rolls on the tile floor. It was easy to assemble! I love it.
