I don't usually leave reviews, but these glass pendant lamps are a quality buy. It's rare to see a 5-star item like this without a bunch of paid-for, AI-generated reviews (you can tell if the last paragraph ends in "Overall, I blah blah"). They don't use cheap styrofoam, they have good instructions if needed (includes a QR for install video), and a nice touch is they even include 2 small white gloves so you can handle the glass outer shell without getting fingerprints all over it while hooking it up. I hung two of these lights in a hallway that has eight-foot ceilings. The lights do not hang down too low and are a good size for the hallway. You can see the decoration built into the glass when the lights are on. I like the black base as I feel it gives a little upscale look. I also like that the actual light bulb hangs down and is not nested up against a buffer to keep from overheating the light fixture. You can see the bulb when the light is on as the glass is clear. The base up against the ceiling is smaller than the previous light fixture so there was some adjustment to make sure the painting is done around the fixture. Also, with the light fixture being dropped a little further from the ceiling it will make it easier to reach the fixture and change out the bulb. ... show more
