Been looking for a new home office chair and this one is overall decent, especially for the price. Biggest complaint is the arm rests. When down at use level, they sit so high that I feel like I am slightly shrugging. By end of the day I feel the toll in my neck and shoulder area. The arms fold up so you can slide the chair into the desk, but they aren’t adjustable up/down for use level. I’m 6’1” and if I was much shorter I think I’d feel like my arms were uncomfortably high up. It’s still a good chair overall but it’s worth being aware of this design dimensioning. ... show more

This chair is good quality and easy to assemble. However, I gave it 3 stars because my chair was sent with one stripped screw that can’t be used. I reached out to the company via the email provided in the instructions, and NO response. I asked for a replacement screw and included a pic of the stripped one I received. Nothing. So based on that, I wouldn’t recommend. I cannot use one of my arm rests because it doesn’t have a screw… ... show more

like said- comfy seat with terrible armrests. Good back support and comfortable seating but after few weeks of working and resting arms on armrests they have huge elbow indentations and no cushioning. Would not buy again.

Assembly was a PITA just like I expected, but that's kind of normal with these, and not the bad part. Bad part: I'm 5' 11" with rather long legs and at the lowest possible height my feet are almost dangling in the air, any higher than that and I wouldn't even be able to fit my legs under my desk. Also, there's no option to lock when you tilt back, only lock when sitting straight up - by "tilt and lock" I generally understand it would lock when you tilt back, but this just swings you back and forth, so good luck trying to relax on this POS.
