Love this chair. Had my old one for way too long and needed a replacement. The set up was fun and informative and the chair felt sturdy as hell when fitting pieces and sections together. Im also a larger guy thats tall as well and i can sit quite comfortably in it for hours either playing video games or chatting with friends or working. The padding is comfortable and the chair itself us strong and sturdy even when i lean back. The pillows weren't really necessary but they were perfectly firm, giving just the right amount of support each needs to give. I recently purchased this chair to use in my new home office. It was pretty easy to assemble however the instructions are quite confusing. Perhaps just my user manual but it seems like every screw in the pages was misprinted with the same size so you had to use a little bit of brain power to determine what screws go where. That being said, once it was assembled it's incredibly comfortable, the pillows are great, I didn't put the footrest on because I'll mostly be using it at my desk, but I sit in it for about 10 hours a day and I've had no pain. ... show more

The chair looks nice but the arms are very loose with the bolts tightened all the way and the leg rest feels like it could snap any second. Spend the extra money for a nicer chair or be disappointed with your purchase like I am

This gaming chair has been instrumental for my husband in returning work after a knee replacement (and previously a hip replacement). It is very sturdy, has great back support (the lumbar support is great), and the ability to recline somewhat. My husband still works full time in front of a computer (age 73), this chair is very comfortable in comparison to his previous desk chair. It looked promising in listing pics, but it’s not great. There’s a difference between affordable and cheap. This seems cheap. I received it today and was excited to put it together… not excited anymore. First pic one of the foot rest brackets under the seat and the poorly manufactured screw holes. Many holes top and bottom when there should’ve only been one for each bracket hole. Took ages to find the correct place to put the screws, but had to swap out one of the long screws from the metal chair base under the seat instead of using the one that was supposed to fit. The shorter screws that worked in the other hole for this bracket and for the other bracket spun endlessly in the top hole pictured and wouldn’t tighten. Stupid mistake, I thought I checked for all parts prior to starting but realized when I got to the end that the black metal rod is missing, so we couldn’t put on the footrest. Pics 2/3 indicate the missing bar. The 4th pic is the parts list. The numbering here doesn’t correspond with the numbers written in all the assembly diagrams. Try to match the shape/length/size with the image of the screw for each step. It makes assembly much longer than it should be. The 5th pic arrows are pointing to the incorrectly labeled number “19” screws. The last pic is an example of how small some of the diagrams are. A 0.5 tip pen is next to the images. Just an example so you know what to expect for some of the images. The padding on seat/back feels thin and cheaply made, like the foam will compress and not spring back. I don’t anticipate it lasting long as I’ve had chairs with like material that were short lived. I don’t usually write reviews, but after all that effort of assembly which should’ve have been a cinch, the missing part, and sitting on it and feeling the quality of the foam, I thought this might help others in their decision. I wouldn’t buy this again. I’m disappointed. If I saw this chair already assembled in a store and tried it out, I wouldn’t have bought it. ... show more
