I like this foam roller for home use. It's long enough to lay on from Sacrum up to head so I can let my shoulders drop to the mat and do various exercises. It works great rolling out Quads and I.T. Bands. Color is great and foam is good quality. Fits the bill for me! Thanks!

I've been struggling with back pain for some time now and decided to explore some tools to get relief myself and I read a lot of mixed reviews, some saying that this was too firm or poorly constructed, but this is perfect for my needs. I will say that there is a noticeable line where two halves of the cylinder meet, not sure why they mold them that way but it does not appear to affect the utility and you can't feel it either when using it. This roller is what I'd call medium firm. It's not super soft where you'll sink right through it nor is it so hard that it has no give. It's dense enough that if you press hard enough you can indent it with your thumb/finger but not much. I have followed some basic "roll out" recovery videos to learn the basic moves but generally just explored what felt best for my body. I use this regularly to crack my back after evening yoga, just lay down with the roller about shoulder/shoulder blade height with your hands laced behind your head and just exhale and roll up and it releases so much tension. I think this has just the right amount of firmness and texture for the price. Not too overwhelming for a beginner either. Would recommend. ... show more

Product arrived slightly damaged on foam as seen in pics. Doesn’t affect the functionality of roller. Tried to show that it has some give in pics but still firm enough to get the job done. Used on my back immediately after unboxing and it felt amazing, the feel good hurt kind :) My back popped a few times and it definitely loosened things up. The media could not be loaded. I originally purchased this for myself for physical therapy but it has quickly become a favorite tool in the family to massage out our backs. My 6-year-old even likes it. Very sturdy and firm. After many months of use, it's still looks and feels exactly like new.

Foam rolling hurts. It just does. But it is super helpful to relieve muscle pain and tightness, and for that, I am grateful to this roller. It arrived in perfect condition! It’s a nice medium density, the patterned grooves make for great traction and stimulation, and overall it is simple and pretty.

Purchased another brand that described their roller as soft and it was anything but. Trying to use it caused me so much pain and soreness. I bought this one as a replacement. Once I tried this one out the other one felt like I had been rolling on a brick. Oh my goodness, this is exactly what I was looking for. A very simple tool, but it works wonders.
