Only had this machine about a month and we are truly enjoying it. A short learning curve but once you get past that its smooth sailing. The milk coffees are delicious and easy to make but personally that freshly ground regular coffee is my go to in the morning. May sound plain but a drip coffee can never compare to the delicious cup this machine makes. Cleaning is easy. Think I spend less time maintaining this machine than I did our old drip coffee maker. Also really enjoy the hot water feature since I often have a cup of tea in the afternoon. Just have to press the button and have a hot cup of tea in a couple minutes. No need to boil a kettle of water. We looked at a lot of automatic coffee machines, and it took us a while to pull the trigger and buy the Gaggia, but we have absolutely no regrets. ... show more

Does it make better espresso then a Gaggia classic at half the price? No. But it’s about 50 times easier and quite acceptable. I love this thing and don’t miss the manual machine at all. Get one and don’t look back.

The media could not be loaded. This is a very nice machine. I can dial in my favorite settings and save them for future use. It produces an espresso that is in flavor closer to a local specialty coffee shop hand pulled shot than any other thing I’ve tried. It’s fairly easy to use and l will defend it from any house guests after the pandemic. ... show more

Was trying to get a Phillips 4300 Latte Go, but unfortunately problems with supply chain so opted for this Gaggia instead - similar features at a little higher price... Was hoping to enjoy on Christmas Morning... unfortunately, the unit wouldn't dispense properly - followed all the trouble shooting solutions, but to no avail... Then I notice that the mat we had it placed on was soaked from water - no wonder it wouldn't dispense the proper amounts... Attempted to return and get an exact replacement, but Amazon not allowing me so I'll opt for the refund instead and purchase something else... Bummer, because we were really looking forward to our first fully automatic espresso/coffee machine... ... show more

Bought this unit because it was half the price of the more expensive ones I was looking at. You do have to keep up with cleaning and maintenance, but it is pretty easy to do. I can make better coffee than i would get at most commercial coffee shops!
