Well received this Dutch Oven and I was prepared to love it. Opened the box, weight was perfect. Took off the lid and there it was, a chip on the inside finish. Now I read all the reviews and saw that quite a few people complained of the same problem but when I looked at the date I thought well that's been several years back and surely they have corrected the problem. NOT!! The manufacturer apparently does not care that there are problems with this product. Really unfortunate because I definitely would NOT recommend buying this pan until this problem is corrected. ... show more

This is the second part I bought from this company because I really like the lightweight version. It's super for my mom who insists on cooking at 90 years old but she needs the lighter stuff and this works great. Second year in a row I have given her this cookware and she loves it.

I dare you to make something stick to this pan! I really don’t think it can be done. I love the size and shape as well. It is so versatile and can be used for so many things on the stovetop and in the oven. The cast aluminum is so much kinder to my shoulders than a cast iron pan.     • Since I opened the box the pot came in, I was so impressed. I wish it came in a larger size.
This pot is wonderful. It looks just like the $300.00 pot; but it only costs a fraction of the price! It also weighs of fraction on its weight. It performs beautifully. I only use wooden utensils when I am cooking in the pot. It is a beautiful addition to my kitchen.
