Overall the cordless vacuum is a good quality product. It’s relatively quiet, allowing me to vacuum at night. It’s very mobile. If you’re going to use the wall mount, I would suggest having the vacuum head resting on the floor rather than having the whole unit hanging on that wall (see photos). Not only does it look better, but the mount does not seem strong enough to hold the entire unit off the floor. For those that want a stream-lined look, the power cord isn’t exactly attractive so, I would suggest some wall cord clips. The vacuum is more suited to light maintenance cleaning rather than heavy duty work. I have hard vinyl floors. I’m unable to describe how this unit works on carpet. I would recommend this product. I wish there were something like a vacuum strength rating…. Pros: 1. Light and easy to handle 2. Easy to empty and clean 3. Attachments are simple to change 4. Attractive design 5. Better suited to everyday maintenance house cleanup/touchups 6. The vacuum light is very handy 7. Charging time is average 8. Handy charging status light 9. The quality of the unit is surprisingly good Cons: 1. The roller brush has difficulty sweeping away dirt stuck on a hard surface 2. The roller brush is not wide enough and requires user to go back a forth quite a bit 3. The vacuum canister is not large enough if you have a lot of pet hair 4. Not exactly low profile when mounted on a wall…vacuum canister sticks out about 10 inches from wall mount 5. The power cord input cover is a small and delicate piece of rubber which could be better designed to be made more durable

We’ve gone through several different vacuum's similar to this style over the years, and this one by far takes the cake. We have 3 dogs one being a husky and this handles it and kids messes wonderfully. I have a smaller home so the run time isn’t an issue and we are sure to keep it charged. For bigger houses requiring longer lengths of use may not be the best fit. This is by far the best one we’ve purchased over the years and seems to go on sale every now and then!

There was a review that said sometimes it pushes animal hair around and I definitely can second that. There are certain mats by my door that it doesn’t quite work on. However, it catches all the dust bunnies and is so lightweight to make vacuuming stairs and tricky areas a breeze. Huge con: the holder that attaches to the wall has a serious design flaw. Perhaps I tried to hang it too high, perhaps I should have read the directions. Either way, the clamp that holds the actual device is not secure, one nudge and the vacuum falls. No fun. Thankfully I have space to set it on the floor but I wish I would have thought about that before drilling it in and using the 3mm tape on the back of the holder. All in all, a good product. Just slightly bummed.

I am impressed at the quality of it so far. But what I found out so far is, it works great, but why was it delivered not in its own box?? It came all in pieces in an Amazon Box, that does not make sense to me at all. Strange to say the least. Also, why is it soooo short?? I am only 5’2” tall and I have to lean over to vacuum the floor, we are using it in our hangar, but man, my hubby is almost 6’ tall, no way he can use it without being really hunches down. Great for my grandkids, they are little at this time. Did anyone get 2 poles for it? All in all a good vacuum. Update: I did not realize that the tube extended, ha ha ha. It is long enough. Good vacuum.

So this vaccum is GREAT for hardwood floors. I have all hardwood floors but I do have several rugs. If you have any carpet I wouldn’t recommend. It barely gets up all the hair on my rugs. It’ll get some, but not all. Other than that I love the light on it so I can see all the dust & hair on my floors😂 another thing that kind of stinks is it’s battery doesn’t last long. So if you’ve got a big house or just a lot of vacuuming to do the battery will die fast. For people like me though who have all hardwood floors and one story house, this thing is awesome. It’s just me, my boyfriend & our dog. Works great for us! i use it all the time!

Purchased this vacuum at a discount (I believe I purchased it in the range of 90~110 after coupons), and got to say its not a bad vacuum, but there are definitely better ones out there. Using the slow/weak setting provided a result I expected - picks some stuff up (but not all) on the carpet. There were plastic tabs (like the ones that are found on clothing) that needed multiple passes to pick up, and there are some strings within the carpet that wouldn't be removed at all. Using the fast/strong setting seemed to do a better job, but the embedded string/yarn would not get picked up. It was decent in picking up rice from the ground, as well as a few coins. This vacuum is small enough with decent attachments to utilize as a car vacuum and a "maintenance" vacuum between deep cleaning. I would not use this one as the main vacuum for carpeted areas. I have not tried this on hardwood/tile surfaces, so please keep that in mind. This vacuum may be more successful in those types of surfaces.

I only got to use it once before the battery stop wanting to hold a charge so that sucks I've must have gotten a faulty one but did get a protection plan on it so I'm glad I did that. That's why I gave it 4 stars

I was so hopeful when ordering this cordless vacuum. I have a dog that sheds and planned to use it on my hard wood floors. The vacuum is cute and compact as in the photos but the suction isn't so great. When on turbo mode it's a little better but still no where near the suction my corded vacuum has. I use it to get the bigger clumps of hair but need to use my corded one for my area rugs.
