I seen a bunch of tiktok videos on this. I thought it was too good to be true but it works. It does take a few weeks to kick into your system but it think it works for me. I’d say give it about 4-5 weeks to notice a difference and honestly I take 2 at night and 2 during the day lol and I also take this with magnesium pills. Before my cycle comes on I’m really moody but because I take these every single day I’m not as moody, I noticed a BIG difference.

Ashwagandha messed my thyroid up,. I am one of those people who can't take it. Dilated my pupils to the point I could see fine outside at 11pm! I didn't sleep right for 3 days. Not for me. It can elevate certain peoples thyroid hormones, so be aware of that. I gave it to my mom, it works great for her, she says it's relaxing. Which is more typical than the reaction I had to it.
