  • Very high quality treadmill, has good speed, very comfortable to use and I just love the remote.
The media could not be loaded. I had a small problem when I am still in quarantine due to covid, and I have my gym in my family room, for now. Where I looked every where for a short, high tech treadmill that is robust enough to walk, job and run on without falling apart. I found this one, with really nice specs, and just loved the look of it, and in the end, it measured up to fit just exactly the space I had left. Out of the box, there is nothing but the handle lock for an assembly....wow, so nice, ready to go, right out of the box. It is very easy to move around, it has wheels on one end, and was so easy to roll in the place that I needed it. All I did was pull up on the handle, put where I wanted it, and screwed in the bar locks, one on each side. And does it ever hold, this is a rock solid mechanism, no worries here. On my first walk, I just had to use the remote first where I always thought it would be nice to have that in the gym which never did. Next, I pressed the go button, and it counted down three seconds and started moving (included a video, must easier to show than tell, I hope it helps). The remote and the controls on the bar, work perfectly. I love how it has place for my tablet, and even a place for a thicker phone too. The stop is a nice comfortable slowing stop. However the red stop button, its instant stop, which is what an emergency button should do, and it does it perfectly. Most important to me is a comfortable belt when walking, jogging and running where this one has a good shock absorbing, easy on the legs, back and ankles and the a good fluid motion that never slows and bogs down. I had to try to jog with the handle down once, it is so cool, where it felt awesome to have nothing in front of me. Needless to say, not a very safe way to use, just kind of cool...not recommend for 95 year old moms. I used this every day so far, two times a day, my mom uses it, and my ten year old girl uses it, and it works perfectly and showing no wear at all. No cons,, there is nothing that I don't like about it, where I am very happy with this purchase. ... show more

  • Nice mini treadmill for use in knee replacement recovery
Color: Gray
The media could not be loaded. While I had no intentions of buying a treadmill, a physical therapist has recommended one to my dad after he has undergone a knee replacement for osteoarthritis. My parents in general hate any devices that are bulky so the ordinary treadmill won't work for them. I managed to find this mini one when it dropped in price so I thought I would give it a try and see if it would work for my dad. There were specifically a few requirements that he needed: * The device has to be light enough such that he can maneuver it around the house. * The device has to be compact so it doesn't take up too much room (it's one of their pet peeves). * There needs to be a handrail that he can hold for stability reasons. * There needs to be an emergency stop button in case he loses balance so he doesn't fall. * He needs to be able to play his radio podcasts on it without issues. * There needs to be a way to incline the treadmill slightly to reduce pressure on his joints. Addressing these point by point: 1) Relatively speaking, this treadmill is quite light and is comparable to a 50 lb bag rice. A single person definitely is able to move this around without assistance, especially given the bottom wheels. I really like the fact that this came already preinstalled, which saves me a bit of work of having to assemble it and then deliver it to their house. 2) Because the handrails can be collapsed, the treadmill itself is very compact and can even be slid under the bed when not in use. This is definitely something that my parents are happy about since they don't like having big appliances around the house taking up space if they can avoid it. 3) As mentioned previously, there is a collapsible handrail that folds downward. What's nice about this design is that the handrail can move further down along with you rather than being in a fixed place. This drives better comfort and reduces the likelihood of slipping on the belt. 4) There is a red emergency stop button in the middle of the treadmill that immediately stops any movement of the treadmill. This is as opposed to the stop button, which gradually brings the treadmill to a stop (as you can see in the video). Since this button is located directly on the handrail, my dad can hold on to the handrail and have access to the button at all times shall he ever need that functionality. 5) This device comes with two Bluetooth speakers that automatically goes into pairing mode when you power up the treadmill. Once you select the speakers from the pairing list, the device connects automatically and you can play whatever audio you want from your device (e.g. Android phone). While these speakers couldn't replicate the sound of a dedicated BT speaker or soundbar, they should do fairly well on stuff like radio or podcasts. In my video, you can actually hear me trying some music through these speakers. While the music isn't anywhere to soundbar quality, they are somewhat decent for a built-in speaker (compare this to something like a built-in laptop speaker, but at a louder volume - i.e. low on bass, but not necessarily dry). Note that you cannot control the volume directly on the treadmill itself - the volume has to be controlled directly on the output device (e.g. your phone). 6) I wasn't able to find a mini treadmill like this at the price point that has an incline feature, so I improvised a little bit and come up with something that works similarly to higher-priced devices. That is, sticking a soft pillow underneath the treadmill! I found that this works quite well, and it doesn't affect the stability of the treadmill nor would cause it to wobble around while walking. This gives it just a slight angle that can reduce pressure on his joints but allow my dad to walk at a pleasant pace. As you can see in my video, the treadmill can actually go pretty fast (and it can go up to 7.5mph). I haven't really given the programming presets a try, although for my dad I am pretty sure the standard 0.5-1 mph setting should be fairly sufficient. My dad has been using this for about 2 weeks now and he seems to be doing quite well on it. If there is anything new, I will go ahead and update this review... ... show more

  • Good product
Color: Gray
I knew going into this purchase that this item is designed to be compact, though did not realize what that would entail when using it. It is very narrow, so sometimes difficult when running because you have to make sure your legs are staying on the belt. For those with large strides, it may be difficult as well. The belt does slip from time to time, especially when running...so I have started holding on to the bar while running and this alleviates some of the weight on the belt that slips it. It works, it does its job, and it’s easy to set up and put away, and looks nice. ... show more

  • Works well
I've been using this for a few months now. So far it's worked pretty well. My main concern was how loud a treadmill would be. So far it's been relatively quiet, when you compare it to like the bigger treadmills used at gyms. If you're a hardcore professional runner then you shouldn't use this unless you really have to. Because it's pretty small so you have to keep your strides narrow, and the running belt does slip sometimes when you start running so that'll throw off your form. Overall not bad though if you want something small for low use at home. ... show more
