This is the best headset I have ever used. I prefer monaural headsets by far, but I was looking for something that wouldn't get tangled in my hair due to the piece that goes across the head. I have a lot of hair, and I don't usually wear it pulled back in a bun or ponytail. I also have small ears which also limits the choices available to me. This headset has great sound quality and I can be heard crystal clear on the other end as well. It comes with two different sized ear clips, which was a huge plus for me. The ear clip and microphone can be gently bent for a more customized fit. I have to bend the earpiece every morning when I start work, but it stays all day. That's just me, though. It may be different for others. You will also need to purchase the adapter according to what device you will be using separately as it does not include one. I purchased a USB adapter for an additional $17 here on Amazon which works great as well. ... show more

Appears as advertised. Is actually pretty nice quality, and comfortable. I prefer the over the ear hook vs the over the top of head band so this fits the bill nicely. Just be sure to pay attention to the title/description and not the pictures. In the pictures it appears it already has the USB (note the asterisk) cable but there is a Quick Disconnect (QD) Poly Call Center Digital Adapter cable that you have to buy separately to plug this into your laptop. That's not saying you shouldn't buy it (especially if you already have the cable), just pointing out there may be a bit more expense associated with the buy if you do not already have the QD cable. ... show more

I work from home as a call center operator and the head set I was provided was an excellent quality, very expensive headset. However, in an 8 hr day the constant pressure from the two earpieces started to cause headaches. I need a single ear headset that just hooked over one ear so I could eliminate the "headband" altogether. This one is small and compact and very comfortable. It doesn't push on the side of my head. The one I bought was "used like new" it was still in the original box which had slight damage but the product inside was unused!! I saved $30 doing that!!! Love my new headset! ... show more

It is a good, not great, replacement for the one sold years ago that did not have any padding. The padding makes it feel less secure on my ear, but I needed the old style connection so this is a good replacement. The sound is really good though and so is the volume and the mic is also. I’m glad there is an over the ear replacement for this so I recommend it wholeheartedly. ... show more

Fits great, came with multiple ear 'loops'. I work as a 911 dispatcher and use this one daily. Universal fit for any of the Plantronics quick release cords. I got tired of always having messy hair with the standard headset, this also allows one free ear to hear your co workers. Down side is that you have that open ear, I sometimes have to plug it with my finger if the rooms too noisy. The pro's out weight the cons tho. ... show more

I work as a CSR for a Call Center and am on the phone all day. This product is so light weight you forget it's on your ear. I wear glasses and there is no discomfort at all. Love this. Thanks for including a small and large ear piece. Nice bonus.

I work from home as a customer service advocate. I needed a headset that was comfortable to wear for up to 10 hours a day. It also needed one that was compatible with Microsoft Teams and a Genesys phone system. This earpiece is perfect and meets my requirements.

    • Falsely advertised. Equipment shown is not supplied.
This product displays the USB adapter in 2 separate photos its description. The default adapter seems to be proprietary and DOES NOT connect to your computer. I paid a premium price (compared to similar products) because I liked how compact and portable it looked, but it CANNOT be used with your computer out of the box. The images that are shown under the product description show equipment that is not included for this device. I'm going to attempt to find the receiver that is shown in the image, will update if the price is reasonable, but and considering the return of this product. As for the quality of the device, I cannot say, because I can't use the damned thing. Update: fine print on the images state that the shown equipment doesn't come with the headset, so this $60 headset is not computer ready unless I purchase a separate $60 device. Sorry but $120 is absolutely outrageous for a tiny plastic earpiece. Will be returning this item. ... show more
