Let me start this off by saying I used to have a portable sauna, and when that one failed on me, I was worried I might have issues finding another one. Now, to make matters worse, when I did initially order this one in particular, I wasn't sure what I was going to get, and on top of that, there were some delivery issues (not the seller's fault by any means, it was with the USPS facility) that made me very worried about exactly what I was in for. Now, with that in mind, I was already worried that I had just wasted my money and that everything was going to go downhill from there, however, when I mentioned the delivery error to iDOTODO's customer service, they were immediately helpful in assisting me with getting another sent over immediately, and to start off, that shipping mishap was fixed impeccably fast. Big kudos to the staff that had assisted me with getting my sauna quickly. Next, more on the focus of the item, it was an exceptionally easy to build device, and honestly, drastically better than the previous one I had purchased for an even higher price. It was easy to put together, the heat is perfect and relaxing, and if I could mark their score above what it has, I certainly would. Assembly: Putting this thing together was like herding cats. The instructions could have been a lot more clear, but the end result was worth the hassle. Heating: It warms well enough in a moderatley tempeeate room. If you live In a cold climate and have this in a cold room or basement, you will want to cover it with a thermal blanket or other insulation. Otherwise it will struggle to maintain temperature. Size: I'm a big guy, not huge, but nit small. This two person sauna is perfect for one me. Maybe two small people. Bottom line: this is a nice entry level sauna that takes a little tweaking in certain situations. This thing gets used nearly every day in our home, and we're happy to have it. ... show more

I like having the three clear sides. It also has a little pocket on the front that I put my phone in to watch videos while I'm in the sauna. I did have to reinforce the hole that the tube goes through. No big deal. I just used some black duct tape on both sides. Serving me well so far.

The directions were a joke. Thank goodness I'm good at looking at the photo and figuring it out for myself. The panels don't cover the whole side like shown in the instruction book, so be aware of that...I took a picture showing the spacing on each side of each panel. Directions have you place the outer cover first but I feel like it would be easier attaching the panels first so you can get easy access to the back side velcro attachments. You however need to make sure the cord attachments for each panel lines up with the cords on the outer covering. Set up was fast and easy once I figured out what attachments went where. I plugged it in and turned it on and it heated up FAST! I can't wait to use it. My friend had one and I loved it so much I bought one for myself! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I have used this sauna a handful of times and the steamer is already broken!!! I paid $220 for this and have used it less then 10 times! The part that broke fell off while I wad using it which means it fell into the steam pot which means it could have melted to the steam pot and caused a fire! I will be contacting Amazon about this after I am done writing this review! Don't buy this!! If it allowed me to give it zero stars I would have! ... show more

I like how easy it is to use very simple to understand and works very well. I got a good sweat going in a matter of minutes I just don't like not being able to just store it somewhere after use. It's more of a hassle to get the tent back into the bag and put it all away. So I just made sure I gave the sauna it's own area in my home. I waited to use the tent to give a review. I love it. The steam is heavy and you will get "wet". The temp will get up to and over 110 based on where the tent is placed. I put mine in the garage with a concrete floor and have had not issues with leaking after 20 uses. I love the heat and can spend around 15 - 20 mins while performing some standing exercises in the tent. I am 5'3. Someone taller would have to sit but I can stand the entire time. If you fill the steamer up to the fill line it will take around 15 mins - 20 mins to steam and warm the tent. Great purchase and worth the money for the use of detox and stretching in 100 degrees. ... show more
